UN Special Rapporteur on Free Speech “concerned” about government “pressure” on internet companies

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On the first day of the Defend Media Freedom Conference in London, UK, I asked UN Special Rapporteur on Free Speech David Kaye about government collusion with Silicon Valley companies like Facebook and YouTube, to censor Tommy Robinson and other commentators.

HA HA HA! Another typical know it all but know nothing bureaucrat, he’s just another tongue up someone’s ass. What a WEAK Little Man. He stands for nothing but his paycheck. And right away that woman tried to skirt by Ezra’s question. No Truth at that conference.

So the guy speaking as a UN Special Rapporteur on Free Speech at a media freedom conference doesn’t know enough about the Tommy Robinson case to speak specifically about it? But had Tommy or someone communicated to him/them, about his treatment they would have addressed it and possibly interacted with the government?
Really proactive group. These guys are all just a bunch of bureaucrats.

“If you look at the t.o.s. for some of these companies and imagine that they were drafted by government, you’d probably be concerned about them.”
Yup, and that is basically what the government is doing by proxy through the companies themselves. . Its what Justin Trudeau is doing; ‘curb speech we don’t like or we will do it for you’. However, they would rather the companies do their dirty work for them but it adds up to the same thing. This is government censorship on a global level.
What are these people going to do about it? Not a damn thing.

Yes, this whole conference is a farce.

“Yes yes. There is a problem but we don’t know or acknowledge any examples that would encourage us to act or pick a side”. “By the way, our back door is to change gov’t to have more laxed definitions on our legal standards so we can persecute more people”. In a different generation, that fucking conference would have been bombed.
