Notley appoints Toronto NDP activist to solve Alberta oil crisis

Rebel Staff

On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Edmonton Sun columnist Lorne Gunter joined me to discuss Alberta Premier Rachel Notley's decision to appoint Toronto-based NDP activist Brian Topp to her task force assigned with closing the gap between world oil prices and Western Canadian Select.

Topp has been politically active for decades, so we already know how he feels about Alberta oil. When he was running for Federal NDP Leader, Topp claimed that we need to get "fossil-fueled cars out of our cities".

Does that sound like somebody who wants to promote the export of Alberta oil?

WATCH my interview with Lorne to see he thinks this is just the latest indicator that Notley is getting desperate.

Flush Notley seemingly has twigged to the fact that she is on the “booted out on her ass” train come next year, and is trying to do as much mischief as she can in the remaining time…

Her being voted out will solve most Alberta’s oil crisis.

Ratchel has great math too. 5% job growth says we are doing well, not.
loose 60,000 jobs and claim an increase in part time low wadge jobs as a victory is like saying I invested a dollar lost sixty cents and now my forty cents has increased by 5%. Now my dollar is worth 42 cents what a great gain.
Oh and by the way keep sending the 20 billion in transfer payments yearly. No I have no idea why we will have a 40 billion dollar deficit.

Alberta has lost its rat free status with the Ratchel. Climate leader shit plan is tax Alberta into the ground. It is illegal to impose a tax in Alberta with out a referendum.
Ratchel did not campaign on this carbon tax and called it a carbon levy. Billions in investment has left as the NDP left intended. Now selling billions in oil below cost to benefit who. Where is (no carbon tax) Saudi oil importing turdo. he does not want to stop the 80,000 barrels a day imported up the ST. Lawrence. (Endangered whales dogging turds from the raw sewage dumped into the river) Uncle pauls tanker,s flagged in another country to avoid paying Canadian taxes would be out of business. Only Alberta oil shipped in tankers is dangerous.
Rules for some not for others.
Another raw sewage dump is planned for November after the fish have spawned so they say no damage. More likely so no one will see the turds covered in snow.
I worked construction in Alberta many years we were required to put waddles or filters around storm drains (they go directly to the river with out treatment) to prevent fines or silt from getting into the river and smothering the fish eggs. No doing so would result in massive fine and stop work orders.
These government,s provincial and federal are treasonous traitors to Canada.

The time for talking is over,Notley and Trudeau killed this industry and they can shove their reassuring speeches up their asses!! Trudeau is an enemy of Alberta and should be treated as such, and since the punk is speaking in Calgary this week multitudes of angry Albertans need to confront this rat and give him the “what for”!! It’s time to act or Alberta will continue to sink and fast!! We are going to be taxed to death, aren’t Albertans angry enough yet how much more of this political grandstanding are we gonna stomach.Trudeau and Notley need to have their political careers disrupted by the people,we can’t sit back anymore!!!
