Notley “pleased” after Nebraska approves Keystone XL — after she opposed it for years

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

Regulators in Nebraska have just approved an alternate route for the Keystone XL pipeline to run through their state.

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley says she's "pleased" about that.

Really?

Notley has vocally opposed Keystone XL since its inception, saying she sided with Hillary Clinton against the completion of the pipeline, and even firing Alberta's chief lobbyist in Washington after telling him to stop lobbying on behalf of the pipeline.

The mainstream media might fall for her spin. But we won't.

Notley’s bizarre pleading for Kidder-Morgan just proves that she really doesn’t care anymore.

I suspect running for re-election maybe too much of a stretch for her.

And the NDP caucus will soon be cleared as many of them will be retiring or leaving public life in general.

I predict that the UCP will win 100% of the seats in the next election.

Then, they must begin the process to petition for annexation by the US.

US Manifest Destiny. It’s real and it’s coming to save your lives.

Isn’t an election in Alberta due in about 18 months? This is when government starts saying and doing things to get the public attention.

Where I live, the city does work on major streets, puts up warnings to slow don near parks and schools, digging and doing hoping they you won’t remember what a screw up they have been and all their forgotten promises,

They start small, with a bit of road work here and there, but at the six month mark they are in full swing, giving you traffic headaches for a smooth road that was fixed just four years earlier. Just as it was fixed four years before that.

So Notley, clever enough to realise that the NDP may be wiped out in all but the big cities, and even then that may be a big question mark, is starting to say the smart things hoping that everyone won’t remember how she took a have province with high employment and high wages down the gut hole.

Don’t fall for her act!

Funny how these worm like commies act like they are already in power as a dictator and lie freely. Sure hope i run into her sometime in Edmonton after she gets the boot. Gonna tear into that hag.

Elton Braun, “No surprises. Kenny has her running scared so she’s now in campaign mode.”
Exactly.

“You’ve got a lotta nerve to say you are my friend
When I was down you just stood there grinnin’
You’ve got a lotta nerve to say you got a helping hand to lend
You just want to be on the side that’s winnin’

You say I let you down, ya know its not like that
If you’re so hurt, why then don’t you show it?
You say you’ve lost your faith, but that’s not where its at
You have no faith to lose, and ya know it

I know the reason, that you talked behind my back
I used to be among the crowd you’re in with
Do you take me for such a fool, to think I’d make contact
With the one who tries to hide what he don’t know to begin with?

You see me on the street, you always act surprised
You say “how are you?”, “good luck”, but ya don’t mean it
When you know as well as me, you’d rather see me paralyzed
Why don’t you just come out once and scream it

No, I do not feel that good when I see the heartbreaks you embrace
If I was a master thief perhaps I’d rob them
And tho I know you’re dissatisfied with your position and your place
Don’t you understand, its not my problem?

I wish that for just one time you could stand inside my shoes
And just for that one moment I could be you
Yes, I wish that for just one time you could stand inside my shoes
You’d know what a drag it is to see you"

If Notley couldn’t lie she wouldn’t be able to talk at all.

She has to lie, so that the MSM can spread her lies around to keep those who aren’t paying attention fooled. Her Non-Democratic-Party is about to face off with Jason Kenney in the coming by-election, so she has make it look like she really wants this line. I hope Kenney mops up the floor with the NDP candidate. Once he’s in the legislature, then he can start throwing dirt at Rachel and her babies.
