Sean Hannity should've disclosed relationship with Michael Cohen

John CardilloRebel Host | Off The Cuff

Interesting questions are being debated since Sean Hannity was identified as a client of Michael Cohen.

Was Hannity, in fact, a client?

Should he have disclosed his professional relationship with Cohen, no matter how informal, on his Fox News show?

I watch Hannity most nights of the week – not because I like Sean Hannity but because he has interesting and informed people on the show who occasionally get their point across without being talked over when they are making comments .Sean Hannity is full of himself and will not allow a guest to up-stage him without his cutting in with one of his ad nauseam mantras ( bleach bit, acid wash, crush with a hammer, mom and pop shop server, Russia Russia Russia etc. etc. ). Michael Cohen is a white-shoe lawyer who is a “fixer” for Donald Trump, among others. Every lawyer with deep-pocketed clients wakes up with only two words on his/her mind: BILLABLE HOURS! It is a certainty that Hannity didn’t pay for the advice given to him on a few occasions, so who did? My guess is that Robert Mueller thinks Donald Trump did – and that perhaps Sean Hannity is showing his gratitude nightly as an A team booster of all things Trump. I think there might be a case of political pay-off here that Sean should be deeply concerned about. The raid on Cohen’s files will be to look at his billable hours and particularly what has been charged to Donald Trump for services, and to whom. Sean Hannity should have made this disclosure immediately after advice was given and it might never have become an issue.

I’m far more interested in the raid on Cohen’s office itself. The whole Hannity thing is a diversion. Hannity made a bad decision.

Not really sure what defines “having a relationship” and what that would entitle. Do you have to report every person you ever talked to from any legal profession? A little more clarity might help and it would help to know if his critics have applied the same standard to themselves and their own employees.

John.. I think you’re “reaching”… Hannity has on several occasions said he doesn’t play the stock market but rather invests in real estate… So he talks to Cohen about “real estate”… But is never sent a bill??? How that makes him a “client” is beyond me…

Nun ya, would be my response.
