Trump's "hard line" stopped the illegal alien caravan

John CardilloRebel Host | Off The Cuff

Trump’s immigration hard line appears to have stopped the Central American illegal alien caravan at Mexico City, but liberals are handing the credit elsewhere. I’ll separate fact from liberal fiction.

D. Millard said in part, “President Trump is not “establishment”, perhaps someone didn’t hear the speech that got him elected. He rejected the “establishment” years and years ago. That’s why the very “establishment” is in panic mode now and has been trying to destroy him and his family since he announced he was running for President.”

Andrew probably didn’t take the time to listen to that speech, convinced HRC would win.

No Andrew, he’s not a part of the establishment. Trump can also slow walk anything coming out of the Ombibus Bill. I do hope Planned Parenthood have to wait a really long time for funding.

He did not sign a budget, he signed a bill which means he can spend the money or not spend it, as he sees fit. Obama did that several times. As it is he is going to propose a (I believe it’s called) “Line Veto” so that he can veto specific items in a bill or budget. He is not pandering to the swamp, he’s draining it worldwide and they’re working overtime to destroy him and his family.

His biggest concern in the border states is the trafficking of drugs, people and guns. Gangs, particularly MS-13. And those who are profiting from it. In case anyone doesn’t think it’s a problem, here’s a link to a website that shows human trafficking incidents and news.

Good points, Tammy, and you’re absolutely correct about the defense contractors not being necessary.

You missed the very important budget line of military tribunals. Don’t worry, once the 22 000 sealed indictments are unsealed, you will see. As I said, your draw will drop, along with the other leftists. Don’t worry, corrupt; lawbreaking; treasonous Democrats & Republicans (who are Conservatives in name only) will have to face the consequences.

Think about what you said re: defense contractors. Military engineers already receive a salary; and, so do the armed forces…stands to reason to use the skilled labour force already employed by Trump. So who needs defense contractors in this scenario?

The border is a National Security concern, peaceful hardworking Mexicans are not the only people crossing illegally. Where have you been?
You really should research the Executive Order signed by Trump on Dec.21/17

In case you missed it, 250 National Guard are being deployed to the border, they will be there in 48 hrs. The announcement was made yesterday, confirming deployment within 72 hrs.
More can be dispatched. You were saying something about “symbolism” in an earlier post, “Purview or not, there’s little indication that he’s doing anything other than talking about it.”

Stay tuned Andrew…..you are ill informed. Don’t forget the funding for military tribunals and such.. "

The problem is that the “missing pieces” you seem to think I lack, are mostly based in speculation put out by right wing pundits. With the “fake news” movement etc nobody actually stops to ask if there’s any basis to it, and largely there isn’t. Trump, who has a long history of reflexively tossing out random thoughts that have no deeper intent … did it again. So, yes, I’m ill informed in whatever alternative reality Trump and his sycophants are creating for themselves.

The military budget is a standard big-military GOP spending. It means very little beyond the fact that the defense contractors and the Republicans are bestest buddies and love tossing taxpayer money at each other.

" It’s going to be a jaw dropper for leftist regressive ideologues"
This doesn’t even mean anything. Boilerplate posturing.

“The establishment is in panic mode”

Which “establishment” would that be? Trump is very much a pawn of the “establishment”. His budget was a direct pander to the very swamp he purports to oppose.

When the experts are worried, it’s usually for a very good reason, and it’s probably a good idea to pay attention to them. The “establishment”, for example, can easily point out that the wall is futile, since most illegals crossed at a border and just never went home. The grassroots thinks that the Mexicans are stealing all the jobs – but at 4% unemployment, that’s evidently not true = jobs for Americans are plentiful, and the Mexicans are a last resort because nobody else wants to do the work. So, yeah, that “panic” is well founded – what’s being proposed is a very bad idea.

Lots going on for sure, Tammie. Just today Rep. Blake Farenthold from Texas (a border state) resigned from congress amid sexual misconduct allegations. Aaaaand…FBI raided the home of Backpage.com co-founder Michael Lacey in Sedona, Arizona, and seized the website. You gotta’ read this:

Who is funding this group of people? I would guess Soros is in there somewhere.

President Trump’s decision to send the National Guard to the Southern border is about much more than stopping this particular group. It’s about stopping the drugs, guns, human & child trafficking and gangs. Check President Trump’s Executive Order from Dec. 21, 2017 which was never talked about in MSFakeM. It’s also about stopping the money flow to swamp creatures who have allowed this to go on for years. Those screaming the loudest against it are more than likely those who have made a lot of money from it. Sen. John McCain is from Arizona, check out his campaign staff and Foundation connected to him:

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-03-08/mccain-institutes-failure-use-donations-anti-trafficking-purposes-raises-questions

President Trump has taken the gloves off, I could hear that in his voice earlier this week when he spoke, and the swamp is scared witless and desperate.

The Omnibus Bill will give the President the financial means to build a wall using military engineers and armed forces to get it done. "

That’s not what Coulter/Breitbart et al are saying, or on the opposite side of the fence, the CBC etc. Both sides know fully well that his 1.6b in funding builds jack shit, it basically amounts to a coat of paint on the parts that already exist – and that omnibus bill more or less killed the idea of a Pacific-Gulf coast concrete barricade.

Purview or not, there’s little indication that he’s doing anything other than talking about it. Trump is pretty big on the symbolism, which may be enough for you, but the people that thought he was being serious about his promises, might not be so happy.

Built the wall? Eh, not so much
Repeal Obamacare? Eh, not so much.
Have no fear, though, you got Gorsuch through, even though replacing a hard partisan like Scalia with a rightish moderate has actually moved the SCOTUS left, it’s still a win for Trump/the Right, right?

Andrew’s just mad Trump put a stop to Obama’s policy of looking away when illegals march from Central America through Mexico and illegally enter the United States. "

So he says, but what’s he actually doing beyond ranting on Twitter about sending the military down?

meanwhile trudeau is going to promise them all first class plane tickets, canadian passports/citizenship/voting rights, the gold plated healthcare, keys to their new housing, cars, and multiple tax free cheques upon arrival with much, much more to come – so much so they will be driving luxury cars and buying homes within the first year of arrival , vacationing back home multiple times per year,, breeding, breeding, breeding , never having to work, save for retirement, worry about no heat, no food, not being able to pay for medications, and the list goes on and on and on – as long as they are NOT WHITE AND THEY ARRIVE ILLEGALLY, NO QUESTIONS, NONE DENIED ENTRY, NO NEED TO ASSIMILATE, NO NEED TO EVER WORK, NO NEED TO EVEN LEARN OUR LANGUAGES OR OBEY THE LAWS!!
That is what CANADIANS VOTED FOR, WILL VOTE FOR AGAIN AND WILL CONTINUE TO SLAVE AND SACRIFICE TO PAY FOR ! All we CANADIANS are now the slaves for the entire third world who all hate us but sure enjoy all which we built, pay for, sacrificed for, invented even though in their eyes, WE are TRASH AND NEED TO BE WIPED OUT!! NOw their “countries” all packed into one big borderless, lawless , global third world welfare dump with king trudeau welcoming them with tears, open arms and our wallets!!

Why would I proofread? It’s not like you read it anyway.

His whining about the WaPo in no way refutes my comment pointing out that Honduran caravans have been going north to Mexico City for years. I somehow doubt they’re reading Trump’s tweets anyway.

Is the paywalled stuff this bad too? It’s pretty thin on reporting and mostly just complaining about how everyone else is wrong but him.

Indeed, how can it be anything But Trump’s doing, when this Caravan, an annual event, always stops south of Mexico City? Trump is so great that he scared them years before he became president.

Facts from fiction, indeed.

U.S. President Donald Trump sends National Guards to protect their borders from invading illegal aliens, stops them in their tracks.
Canadian PM Turdo sends tweet inviting all criminals/terrorists/fake refugees into Canada then dispatches RCMP personnel to carry their baggage & provide free ride to a 3 or 4 star hotel.
Which country do you think would prosper & survive??

Message to government of Canada.
Appoint the Judges needed.
Hire 10.000 of our solders as border guards. We could use them here.
Hire temporarily 5000 law students to work with barristers.
Refuse anyone from a country that wont take people back.
Stop travel to Canada from said countries.

Change the law back (see turdos dad) so they can no longer use our money to fight us, as to why they should stay here (it takes years and costs millions)once the have set foot on Canadian soil. This is also true once they reach 10 NM of our shore line.
All new criminals crossing the boarder to be settled into members of parliament riding,s first.
Starting with the PM.

I guess a prerequisite for article writers in the left-wing media is a severe case of cognitive dissonance.
Let’s face it, the invaders didn’t want to tangle with the US military at the border! President Trump also seemed prepared to scrap NAFTA if Mexico let the illegal migrants make it any closer to the United States.
