Florida school massacre: How we should react to mass shootings

John CardilloRebel Host | Off The Cuff

Today, I share my thoughts on the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

What, if anything, can we do to mitigate the risk of future incidents?

The question should be what has happened to our society that kids want to do this as a response to whatever happened to them in life? It seems we have raised a generation that has been taught that they are the centre of the universe. We took God out of the schools and the moral vacuum is killing us. There is no technological solution to a spiritual problem.

There’s been a shooting – better disarm law abiding citizens.

As an avid gun collector and IPSC competitor (for whatever that’s worth) I get my back up when the “gun” is blamed for any shooting. I believe in thorough vetting before an individual is allowed to purchase a firearm, That includes registering people that have mental issues as well as children (below 18) ,who have had run ins with the law. Banning firearms wouldn’t solve a thing because criminals can easily purchase one illegally.

Mental illness is the #1 root cause of mass shootings. Governments need to do more in this area .

Once again the left knows all the motives and details in a nanosecond , but when someone has an ISIS flag and shouts Allahu Ackbar they say to wait for the investigation and do not jump to conclusions.

If i was a shooter i would pick a gun free zone as well.
