“Pay Us Back” UPDATE: Rebel delivers 20K+ name petition to Bombardier

Eric DuhaimeRebel Commentator

Over 20,000 Rebels signed our petition against the scandalous income increases of 48 per cent that the top seven executives of Bombardier gave themselves. Today I delivered your petition to Bombardier headquarters in Montreal.

Bombardier's Vice President of External Relations, Olivier Marcil, received your petition and promised to show it to the other leaders of the company.

He told me Bombardier definitely wants to revamp its brand.

Well, I think the solution is easy:

Stop begging for billions of Canadian taxpayers' dollars!

So here’s 20,000 “thank yous” from me, to all the Rebels who signed this petition. You’re shaking things up and forcing companies like Bombardier to take your opinion into account.

Only the Rebel can be your direct megaphone, to send shameless corporate welfare bums like Bombardier a clear message.

Only 21 employees? Olivier Marcil said they have 21 employees in “Ontario and Quebec”.

Oh yea, didn’t they layoff about 2000 employees immediately after they got the 1.25 billion from Canada (.25 B) and Quebec (1 B)? The billion from Quebec is technically from Alberta because of the 10 billion in transfer payment.

“What will you do with this petition from now on?”, Eric Duhaime asks Olivier Marcil.

Olivier Marcil relied verbally, “The senior executive people will be aware of this for sure as well as the executive council”, but internally his thoughts were, “I will be shredding this petition as soon as I get back to my office.”

Beaudoin is part of the founding family who controls the majority of the votes. When this guy says that we have to remain competitive, he is laughing at us. Those guys at the top are not going anywhere. But in today newspapers, the exec are saying that the complaint by Boeing could affect the economy of Can. and the US. In other words, expect more job cuts in Canada. But them, they never lose.

Bombardier translation: We got caught, but we still need more government subsidy to keep us rich.

We care not one whit. What a jerk. Eric DuHaime did his part, excellent effort. Bombardier is only for themselves and will do just what Keith Barnes says, pitch all that paper in the trash and walk away, arrogantly.

Bombardier is part of the Liberal Family, by Marriage. This petition, with all of it’s good intent, will end up in the Garbage Pail. In fact if the Rebel had left a hidden camera when they left, we would all of us seen the Dumping, in full HD Color.

Rats tend to swarm together.

Well done to the Rebel AND to ALL who signed.

You are showing there are some REAL Canadians remaining in Canada after all.
