How Pig Killer in “Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome” embodies what’s wrong with our “justice” system

Gavin McInnesArchive

People only care about themselves. When the issue is illegal immigration, they moan that enforcing the law will put them and their families at risk, but what about the harm this lawbreaking has on society as a whole?

Watch as I explain what Cale Hartmann, Aayan Hirsi Ali, Dinesh D'Souza and that "Mohammed video" guy who got blamed for Benghazi have in common with a character in an old Mel Gibson movie...

I wouldn’t know about the character development involved with “Pig killer” because I thought the first Mad Max was an exercise in intellectual ghettoization and also have not bothered to even see a rerun of any of the series of Mad Max trailer park block busters.

Though all the rhetoric I think what Gavin is trying (poorly) to articulate is the injustice inherent in regulatory/bureaucratic tyranny – everyone see’s it , we all hate it, we all wish we were free from it , but we realize it is a by product of big government™ so we tolerate it as a necessary evil so we can get out little entitlementsfor being a good little serf .
