School Chops Down Totem Pole — After One Complaint

David MenziesMission Specialist

A public school removed a totem pole that has been a fixture of the school since 1974.

This was no act of vandalism carried out by members of the student body. Rather, it was the PC edu-crats of the school board who deserve full credit.

But you won’t believe what caused the York Region School Board to take swift action against the totem pole despite the 43 years life-span.

One single complaint.

Watch as I tell you how the community is reacting to the politically correct decision.

It’s the age of the micro-minority. But it is obvious that there are no adults or people with backbone on the school board to take a stand on any complaint that remotely can be construed as culturally insensitive. And in this world there is nothing that can be insolated from the feelings of one individual taking offense to the most sublime of objects or speech.
Bronze statues will have to be melted down because there will not be enough room in warehouses to store them. I’m thinking of saving a Benjamin Franklin statue for my backyard and if anybody asks I’ll just say it is my great great great grandfather Thadeus who definitely didn’t own slaves or participate in the writing of the Constitution.

One person complains and that’s all it takes to remove artistic culture? This is what happens when you program people to constantly blame something or someone else for their unhappiness. And the sense of entitlement wreaks of envy and selfishness and narcissism. I always live by the saying that no one ever promised me a rose garden. I guess this kind of flippant response, without thought is how the agenda is being furthered, with out public input. Haste does make waste, and I look forward to when these destroyers are themselves destroyed.

One complaint and just like that they get rid of the Totem Pole? Whoever made the complaint is probably spinning in circles that they got that reaction and so quickly. And they are no doubt patting themselves on the back, looking for their next conquest whilst they nurse a sore belly from laughing so hard.

It would be nice if Toronto separated from Canada. They’re living in their own little world already. We can do without them and get on with our lives.

A huge percentage of Canadians live in urban centers along a 100 mile wide strip North of the American border. Most of those people are urban liberals and this includes the rest of the lefty freakshow – including most of the 5P’s…
The rest of Canada (TROC) ought to separate from that 100 mile wide strip of lefty liberaldom and corruption, and let those delusional fascists perish of their own merit…and then we can get on with our lives.

Why do I get the feeling that the person outraged by the totem pole & the person that made the decision to remove it were both white Liberals who appropriated native outrage for their own purpose?

And even then only a minority.

Elton Braun – For that to happen you’ll have to wait for another scandal and at least two federal elections after that. Plus the rebirth of the Bloc Québécois. It’s disgusting but true.

Reality, if asked, the West coast F/N would have supplied a carver or consultant in 1974 to assist. If there was no dispute over 43 years, then the West coast was not insulted but pleased.

For example, Jasper town-site has a new totem carved by a well known Haida carver, whose name escapes me, to replace the previous totem, also carved by a Haida. Both a pair with poles on Haida Gwaii.

I wonder if this idiot school board realizes the spiritual insult of cutting the pole instead of letting it decay naturally. Or being removed without ceremony. That is the true insult. F’ing ignorant Liberal whities.

Totem poles are sexist phallic symbols…..castrate culture in the name of gender equality!!!

This explains why the standards of Education are declining. Marxist School Board will probably erect a Statue of Stalin.

One complaint, I’m sure this cry-bully demanded the immediate removal of the totem pole…the School Board was lazy & ill-informed enough to capitulate. I hope there is a public demonstration outside the Board office.

ELTON BRAUN I was hoping just ONE complaint would result in chopping off Trudeaus head, especially after this disgusting account of SJW’s chopping down a piece of art, which Trudeau is definitely not – art that is.

How many complaints before we can chop down Trudeau?
