On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, I reported on the contents of Quebec's new anti-burqa law, called Bill 21, and debunked the mainstream media narrative that this bill is somehow racist.
The law is meant only to preserve the secular nature of Quebec culture and targets no specific religions. I refer to the bill as a burqa-ban, but the law applies to symbols from every other religion.
Furthermore, the bill only applies to employees in the public sector. Daycare workers and teachers will still be permitted to wear burqas and niqabs on the job, they just can't wear them if they are receiving money from taxpayers.
