Earlier this month, socialists in the left-wing Twitter echo chamber decided to support Alberta NDP Premier Rachel Notley by using the hashtag #BetterOffWithRachel.
It was right up the mainstream media’s alley, and Global News' "Online Journalist" Karen Bartko wrote a biased, tone-deaf article about the socialist signaling on Twitter.
This whole phenomenon was in response to UCP leader Jason Kenney asking Albertans if they are better off now than they were when Notley took office in 2015.
Obviously, the people using hashtag are better off with Rachel! They're all “work anywhere” bureaucrats on the government payroll.
Whereas, when Jason Kenney asked this question, he was asking REAL Albertans, everyday moms and dads who don’t buy into the NDP narrative.
One of my favourite things to do is talk with these everyday Albertans, so went to south Calgary and asked folks: are they better off with Rachel?
P.S. We've published a NEW book by Sheila Gunn Reid, called Stop Notley: The Case for Throwing out the NDP.
And while you’re there, you can order a STOP NOTLEY lawn sign, too!
