Rebel Roundup! GUESTS: Former PC MPP Jack MacLaren, Rob Shimshock & More!

David MenziesMission Specialist

Every Friday evening on Rebel Roundup, we get together with other Rebel contributors to review the week's headlines, from the serious to the absurd.

Settle in and enjoy!

* Talk about a political bombshell! Ontario PC leader Patrick Brown was forced to resign yesterday amid accusations of inappropriate behaviour. Former Progressive Conservative and current Trillium MPP Jack MacLaren joins me to weigh-in on the turmoil engulfing the PCs.

* Sheila Gunn Reid joins me to discuss a trial taking place in Edmonton for a Syrian refugee who’s been accused of molesting several young girls. She’s revealing details about this case that the mainstream media simply refuses to report.

* A college professor walks into his science class wearing a disguise, making incoherent statements, brandishing a copy of the Koran, and constantly reaching for an unidentified object in one of his pockets. Scary? You bet. Rob Shimshock, host of Campus Unmasked, will deliver the goods regarding the latest nutty professor story.

* And finally, your letters. I’ll share some of my favourite fan mail – and hate mail – regarding my commentary on a Michigan trial involving two doctors accused of carrying out female genital mutilation.

How ironic that sensitivity trumps the removal of the clitoris.

I hope the Trillium Party does gain momentum this time around.
I’m with Dan though and would be happy to vote for Doug Ford if he was able to run. No more CINO’s. People are sick of the corruption in Canadian politics, both provincially and federally. Drain the swamp.
There needs to be an alternative to the federal CINO’s as well. Scheer does not cut it.

Sheila, I am quite surprised and disappointed to hear that there are no supporters for the girls sitting in on that trial. If I lived in Edmonton, I would be there.

Just how did that crazy college professor get hired in the first place, especially if he had exhibited the same strangeness in another University?

- Brown is innocent until proven guilty. That said, there is now a glimmer of hope for the people of Ontario with his departure. If the PC party opposes Wynne’s agenda they will win a majority. If they don’t, they will not be worth backing anymore. Conservatives in Ontario need to spend the $10 to join the PC party for a year & get their say in the leadership race. This is their last chance as far as I’m concerned. If they don’t change I’ll be backing the Trillium Party from that point on. In any event with an election coming we’ll know quickly one way or another.

- One of Trudeau’s fake refugees did the sort of thing that Trudeau was warned they’d do. The question is if the judge here will do the same sort of thing we’ve been seeing in Europe – basically decide that Muslims are mindless brutes who can’t control themselves & should be let go. Don’t expect the virtue signaling professional victim groups to show up or say anything. They could care less about the people they pretend to care about. Forget about the media party reporting on this story, it’s because of them that he’s in this country in the first place.

- Is it any wonder Universities have degenerated to the point they have with professors like this guy? He sounds bat s**t crazy. It looks like he’s using the Koran as a prop in his mental breakdown more than preaching jihad.

Seems there’s a dearth of sellable-to-the-left candidates for PC leader in Ontario and the PC ‘leadership’ is foundering.
What about Bill Davis, he’s only 88 or so, round up The Big Blue Machine and kick the Wicked Wynne of the East to the curb.
Personally, I’d vote for Doug Ford, but then I choose not to live in Ontario…

If the accusations against Patrick Brown are false, then I am sorry he is being attacked as he is and wish him the best in clearing his name.

However, I am not sorry that he had to step down. He is not a conservative. He is a liberal and he would have lead the party just the same as Wynne leads the Liberals.

Ontarians need to have a clearly different choice than “just another left wing party”.

If Ontario sees a real true Conservative party with all Conservative policies and a strong leader to stand up for those policies and then proceed to vote in the Liberals again or the NDP, then Ontario is hopelessly left-leaning and deserves the crap they get.

But if there is no difference between the party politics then true democracy has not been served and Ontario might as well just install their favorite left-winger as dictator forever and drop the pretense of elections.

It would appear that our modern day PC’s have been affected, slightly, by the left wing brain washing, now common in our educational system. They are more like old fashioned Liberals. A hard turn to the Right is needed if the PC’s want to get anywhere. As for a leader, somebody with the character and background of Donald Trump would be a good start. A business man, untouched by the grime of politics.

Good show!
1. Thanks David for interviewing Jack MacLaren. We need to hear more about them.
Today’s first PC press meeting was a disaster and proved how amateurish the PC’s are. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Fedelli is the leader, no, the interim leader, no, the leader.

2. Does that mean Brown and Hehr can say these allegations are based on their sexual emergency. Did anyone hear Trudeau’s comments on these little girls being molested? He must have something to say, he said enough about Kent Hehr all the way from Switzerland. Thoroughly and utterly disgusting.

3. If the Professore was quoting The Lord of The Rings, he was referencing Catholicism. Oops, he took the wrong course.

4. FGM – can’t even go there tonight.

Good interview with Jack Maclaren, David!
These insane Liberal Pedophile Supporters are nuts! And, yes Sheila is absolutely right… this loser can go back to the hell hole he came from. Figures that these Liberals have no interest in supporting their fellow Canadians or our laws and values. Disgusting!
Also, great to hear Rob talk about this crazy professor!
