Return of Clock Bomb Boy: Ahmed Mohamed loses in court, his father's defamation lawsuit gets dismissed by Texas Judge

StaffRebel Columnist

Remember Ahmed Mohamed? He's the boy who made international headlines after bringing a 'clock' that looked more like a briefcase bomb to school.

The story resulted in a media frenzy with the left-wing media calling Ahmed a victim of 'Islamophobia' while others questioned his motives.

Now, according to PJ Media, a district court judge in Texas has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by Ahmed Mohamed on his own behalf and on behalf of his 15-year-old son, Ahmed Mohamed.

Fox News, Glenn Beck, the mayor of Irving, among others were being sued for defamation in September of 2016.

Newly appointed District Court Judge Maricela Moore dismissed the case.

According to The American Freedom Law Center:

“The motion to dismiss was filed by lawyers from the American Freedom Law Center (“AFLC”) and local counsel Pete Rowe on behalf of the Center for Security Policy (“CSP”) and Jim Hanson, two of the defendants in the defamation case, which also named as defendants the local Fox affiliate, Glenn Beck, and Beck’s production company.

Mohamed had sued Hanson and CSP for statements Hanson had made on Beck’s program about the connection between the Clock Boy hoax bomb affair, the attendant media frenzy created in large part by his father Mohamed, civilization jihad, and the Counsel on American-Islamic Relations (“CAIR”), the Muslim Brotherhood-Hamas front group in the United States that promotes civilization jihad.

During the hearing, AFLC co-founder and senior counsel David Yerushalmi explained to Judge Moore that the purpose of the lawfare-driven lawsuit was to intimidate into silence those who might comment publicly on the connection between jihad, terrorism, sharia, and Islam. As such, Yerushalmi argued, "this case is a classic Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation or ‘SLAPP’ case and should be dismissed.”

During the lengthy hearing, Judge Moore pressed Mohamed’s lawyer, Fort Worth attorney Susan Hutchison, to provide any facts that would suggest that Hanson and the other defendants had said anything false or defamatory about Mohamed or his son during the television broadcasts. After spending a painfully embarrassing 15 minutes flipping through reams of paper, Mohamed’s lawyer was unable to provide any such evidence.”

After leaving the court room, Yerushalmi said that “This lawsuit filed by Clock Boy’s father is yet another example of Islamist lawfare, which is a component of the Muslim Brotherhood’s civilization jihad.”

Ahmed Mohamed’s family is going to appeal the dismissals, so stay tuned! Their other lawsuit, for violation of Ahmed’s Civil Rights, is in the U.S. federal court system. It hasn’t been heard, yet.

So, some clever little twit, probably with his Muslim activist daddy peering over his shoulder, takes the guts out of an 80s vintage Radio Shack digital clock; reassembles it into a “take to school” suitcase; -what fun! – gets nipped for it; and then trots off to court to claim he was picked on because he was a Muzzie… And, and – get this – somewhere along the path also gets invited to the White House by none other than Barak Hussein Obama hisself ?… It may take years from now, but I can’t imagine some more deep pockets person not making a popcorn spilling farce of a great movie out of this… Lord knows, I would, if I had the money… But that certainly is not going to be chubby chicken Roger Moore, eh?…

I listened to the story on the Glenn Beck show today. They were celebrating the victory, but were concerned about the free speech rights getting eroded away.

What Canada needs is real judges like this who actually rule according to the law as opposed to our kangaroo human rights committees who rule according to hurt feelings and break and destroy their victims as the process is the punishment while the accusers don’t have anything to lose. The lawyer also said they’d be going back to court to recover court costs which in the US is likely to happen. Watch The National tonight with David Mansbridge to get all the details. Lol

Ahmed Mohamed did this at his father and the rest of his family’s and probably cair’s urging. It was a stunt in order for the little prick and his family to gain fame and most importantly fortune. A set up for these thieves to rob the government of millions of dollars in a huge law suit. The a hole didn’t even build a clock and was praised for being a genius. Yeah, some genius bringing a fake clock bomb into school to frighten people and then make millions in a fake law suit saying "Look how we poor muslims are being treated. It wasn’t even a real bomb. Blah, blah, blah. " All muslims should not be allowed to have access to the legal system for these fake BS cases only to try to break the bank and rob millions of dollars.

The USA is a real country with rule law. Meanwhile in Canada and the UK, the law is a plaything for lawyers.

This judge will likely be killed for this. Obama and Killary will have her permanently removed from the bench.
