South Africa could be in the middle of a democratic revolution. Wednesday, President Jacob Zuma celebrated his 75th birthday and in response, over 120K South Africans black and white took to the streets of Pretoria to demand his resignation after a cabinet shuffle resulted in two credit downgrades leaving it sitting at junk status.
The march on Wednesday was organized by seven opposition parties all working together to demand the resignation of President Zuma.
Watch as I show you how unified South Africans are, black and white from a plethora of political parties, all demanding an end to the corrupt reign of President Zuma.
I'll also show you some parallels between what's happening now in South Africa and what happened in Zimbabwe about 15 years ago.
And while it might be similar, there is more hope that South African's have the resolve to force Zuma's resignation despite his attempt to become "dictator for life" the way Robert Mugabe has done in Zimbabwe.
