Robbie Picard: “Prosperity for all” is the unifying message in pro-pipeline convoy

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

On this week's episode of The Gunn Show, Robbie Picard of Oil Sands Strong, joined me to discuss the untold story of pro-pipeline, pro-business First Nations people and to share his thoughts on Yellow Vest involvement with the truck convoy currently making its way to Ottawa.

The mainstream media narrative of those who support Alberta’s oil industry is often at odds with the reality of who those people are, and why and what has them upset about the politics of pipelines.

Watch as Robbie, the “OG” of oil sands activism, explains where he stands on the Yellow Vest convoy to Ottawa.

In the fifties, if any group of idiot protesters got in the way of a big project that involved organized labour like the Teamsters, there would have been a lot of smashed pumpkins and I’m not talking about pies and Jack o lanterns.
It might not have been pretty, but things got done.

37 crude oil cars derailed near St. Lazare, Man.· this morning. Sat. Feb 16. CBC Manitoba, Jade Markus -it won’t let me post the link.

There was another derailment in Field BC. last week. Nothing spilled except almost 100 cars in a mangled mess and three dead. It could have been carrying oil.

We need those pipelines.

The pro pipeline issue is an issue that every concerned Canadian owns, and the source of the problem is a political one. Its multifaceted, and includes foreign interference and a government which saw fit to sign our country over to the UN.

I applaud the efforts of the yellow vests and resent it being linked to any racist activity. Who do the leaders of the truck convoy think those people on the side of the road urging them on, are? By even mentioning the r word, the name of mom and pop Canadian patriot has been dragged through the mud, including those who wanted to distance themselves. You threw yourselves under the bus as well. I’m getting mighty tired of people fighting for the same things throwing each other under the bus because of a bad egg or two. Everyone has been unfairly taken down in the insult. Yet you see yellow vests along the highways waving the convoy on regardless, because we all want the same thing.
