Scheer follows Trudeau down the feminist rabbit hole

Candice MalcolmRebel Contributor

Andrew Scheer, the new leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, dropped a bombshell in a recent interview with Chatelaine

"Are you a feminist," asked senior writer Sarah Boesveld.

"Yeah, absolutely!" said Scheer.

Chatelaine is a women's magazine that has written glowing features on the Trudeaus while being unfriendly to the Conservatives.

Sophie Trudeau has been on the cover multiple times for her "accomplishment" of marrying into the right family.

Scheer appears to be distancing himself from his conservative message in an effort to appeal to Chatelaine's readers.

He claims that feminism is about, "the fundamental equality between men and women."

The truth is most modern feminists aren't fighting for "equality."

WATCH my video to see why today's feminists actually strive for a world where men are obsolete, and why Scheer is misguided in his effort to become a watered-down Liberal.

Scheer is like so many of our conservatives these days. They are just terrified of offending liberal sensibilities, as if liberals will give a crap how far left these cons might lean for their ‘new image’.
They are laughing at Scheer and other so called conservatives I won’t name, because I want Alberta to survive. Why did we vote in this middle of the road, go along with everything guy?
I’ll tell you what, if Candice Bergen had run she would have got my vote.
Not because she is a woman, but because she doesn’t play these stupid games.

If I had been clear on how that stupid voting system had worked with it’s three top picks bullsht, Scheer might not have even got in.

As I have stated ever since this asshole was elected to be the leader of the Conservative party.

Scheer is a Liberal in Conservative clothing.

The Conservative party is dead federally, there are no Conservatives in Canadian Politics anymore.

We are so screwed. I look at my young adult children, and all I can say to them is sorry for all the screwed up decisions this weak minded generation has caused on them.

It is truly sickening what is taking place in this country.

Modern western feminists are fighting to promote the most anti woman mysoganstic religion ( Islam ) on the planet….. Go figure ???…. Kinda like Jews in WW2 volunteering for the Nazi army …..it’s ridiculous and unbelievable

Saying “Yes” to the question, and then defining the word “feminist” is a proper answer. Would you have him answer “No” and then go into the minute of details of how some people define “feminist” different from other people?
I think we should all stand up and say that we believe in the equality of men and women.

It seems that Scheer will say anything to try to please the left. Like most politicians, is he a prostitute too?

Currently reading a biography of Genghis Khan.

One quote that applies to Ms. Malcolm’s column.

“Victory does not come to one who plays by the rules, but to the one who makes the rules and imposes them on his enemy.”

Scheer is certainly succumbing to the rules imposed on him. He is another Joe Clarke fiasco.

I think 2019 will be my first stay at home election ever in my 46 year lifetime of being eligible, hoping like hell that the UPC gives me reason to vote 2020 in Alberta.

Well said Candace!
I cringed when I heard this news yesterday . I think Andrew Scheer could benefit from correspondence by Canadians who are not looking for a “feminist” leader of the Conservative Party. He needs to have a more cognizant answer when he is asked the question. Candace, maybe you can send him your thoughts on how he communicate a position of advocacy for both women and men without defaulting to “yeah, absolutely”
