Scheer sucked up to LeadNow, but they're back to bashing Conservatives

Christopher WilsonRebel Commentator

After being accosted by the foreign funded activist group LeadNow and asked to denounce The Rebel, Andrew Scheer did so. But despite his attempts to appease them, they haven’t changed their tune on Conservatives.

In their latest email to supporters, LeadNow makes clear that they back the Liberal government on a number of issues.

Some of their positions are awful, including supporting Trudeau’s draconian tax plan; pushing for Canada to accept more refugees fleeing Trump’s America; and supporting the government's national job killing carbon tax.

LeadNow even goes as far as to suggest that if enough supporters reply to their email, they’ll take out a full page ad in The Hill Times against the Conservative Party.

Watch as I explain what Scheer should have said to that LeadNow activist back in August.

Time and time again we’ve seen Conservatives attempt to play nice with the media and other left wing activist groups hoping to be accepted by them.

But when it comes down to it, their foreign paymasters have far bigger and greater globalist interests that directly contrast Conservative policies and principles.

The Conservatives were handed explosive ammunition for the fall sitting but the problem is, I don’t think Scheer or the party have the spine to do something meaningful and build a movement to stop it.

The yanks will help to make sure President’s Trump’s promises are kept….President Trump has to weed out his non believers..have faith Liza..

And does this definition sound familiar of our current PM? This is what President Trump has to combat everyday in the White House…Think about it..don’t give up on Trump…support Trump…

Grandiosity is a symptom experienced by people with bipolar disorder during manic and hypomanic episodes. People experiencing grandiosity often describe larger-than-life feelings of superiority. In short, it is an exaggerated sense of one’s importance, power, knowledge or identity, which often has religious overtones.

It is estimated that more than half of people with bipolar disorder will experience grandiose thinking.

YVETTE MOZOL, with respect to Scheer, “had no problem appearing on The Rebel when he was campaigning & now that he succeeded in becoming the leader he has thrown The Rebel under the bus”. He mentioned to the CBC’s Rosemary Barton, a Trudophile, that he didn’t like the Rebel’s tone and that it wasn’t helpful in getting his sugar-coated “positive message” out. Presumably he was referring to the Rebel’s criticism of his whipping his MPs to vote for the Liberal motion affirming the the Paris Accord, the basis for a carbon tax.

Yvette Mozol,

It actually makes perfect sense. What is so hard to understand exactly?

James Halen, where did you come from? You don’t make any sense, he doesn’t need us, but he’s gong to appeal to the centre right & those disappointed with Trudeau, that makes no sense.

Christopher, I wholeheartedly agree with you. Too many of the Conservative politicians are bending backwards trying to make nice with these far left groups, who will never side with the Conservatives. Scheer fell for their ploy like the rest of the brown nosers, serves them right. He had no problem appearing on The Rebel when he was campaigning & now that he succeeded in becoming the leader he has thrown The Rebel under the bus, well thanks a lot for that Mr. Scheer. Seems to me he would rather suck up to these left wing groups while insulting us & giving us the finger. I guess he doesn’t give a hoot about us & I too hope he’s happy about being a two face politician. I wonder how many Rebels donated to his campaign & voted for him also. That should make those who did, feel real good about this inconsiderate unappreciative Conservative leader, who wanted your vote & after he got it deserted you.

Lead Now is funded by Soros. They successfully campaigned in former conservative ridings in BC that were tight races. They were also active in Toronto. Scheer should be condemning this organization instead of kissing their behind. Scheer needs a wake up call and I am waiting a few days until parliament gets rolling again and I am going to send a nastygram to my MP telling him no more money and no more local volunteering.

Cowardly snivelling to the PC left is a sub moronic waste of time , it’s like struggling in quicksand , it won’t get you anywhere , the PC left is after the FULL destruction of the West with no compromise…at least pull a “Bullworth” or a “Trump” ….if you fall at least you fall with honour and go down swinging not like all the rest of our political and elitist swine.

“It appears that cowardice in the face of adversity or perceived danger is an integral part of being a conservative leader. "

You’re right on that MUTA, especially leaders like Brown and Scheer. But cowardice in the Conservative ranks is much more widespread than that. With one or two exceptions, virtually all Conservative MPs have a yellow streak a mile wide. But so what….so do most Conservative (and Liberal, NDP, and Green) voters.

Chicken-shittery: it’s the closest thing we’ve got to a national trait.

More Liberals masquerading as conservatives until they feel pressure from the press and the leftist lapdogs.
It appears that cowardice in the face of adversity or perceived danger is an integral part of being a conservative leader.

Liza Rosie,

But they wouldn’t be the same policies across the board. Scheer is a conservative – maybe not enough to your liking, but a hell of a lot more than Trudeau.

In addition, there are better leaders than others. So some liberals may see Trudeau as a poor leader and view Scheer as a better one – who yes, may be a bit more conservative, but as you said they share some of the same policies as well.

Just so you know, my MP Jamie Schmale “liked” my tweet condemning the witch hunt of the Rebel that I copied to Scheer as well. Not all Conservatives support Scheer’s position on the Rebel.

When I got an email from the LPC asking me to sign a petition asking Scheer to ban the Rebel from reporting at Conservative conventions, I forwarded it to Scheer with a message that said “Don’t do it!”.

I encouraged Scheer to abandon his role as Trudeau-in-waiting and be the strong, visioned, principled leader Canadians need. He keeps saying he has a vision but I have yet to see it.

I hope that when Scheer was sucked in by Lead now that it was somehow a mistake that he won’t make again. Lead now is pro sharia, more than likely, and should be banned from Canada as all sharia provoking treasonous plots to completely dismantle and destroy Canadian rights, freedom of speech and laws should be.

Glenn Radford,

No conservative is going to stay home. Scheer is still going to be viewed as the lesser evil and if he can beat Trudeau and get him out, they would view that as a good thing. I think conservatives would vote for anyone to beat Trudeau.

Michelle Rempel is my MP and I really wanted her to run for the mayor of Calgary. We need to rid ourselves of Nenshi, the big spender.

When Andrew Scheer told his fellow conservatives to support the Paris agreement, I sent him email and told him that he should do the right thing and cross the floor to the liberal party. I told him that he was just a boot licker for junior. His response was to send me a request for money, which I shredded immediately.

Liza Rosie 11 hr. ago—-Great post as you explained why Scheer seems so NEUTRAL, almost half Liberal and half Conservative, He was House Speaker , and his job was exactly that, to appease everyone, no matter what side they are on.
Now he is the Conservative leader and he must be a Conservative only.
Unfortunately he is damaged goods, so we need a new leader.
Does anyone know if Michelle Rempel speaks French ?

THE CONSERVATIVES, NDP AND LIBERALS ARE ALL EXACTLY THE SAME! ALL TRAITORS/ANTI CANADIAN!!!!! When or if canadians finally wake up to this, hopefully it won’t already be too late. Make sure you get it before the 2019 election because will be without a doubt, the end of everything canadian, canada, canadians!

We could all probably add a line or two to JAMES SCOTT’S list, but over all James hits the mark bang on. Scheer’s dissing of the REBEL makes me wonder if I can fight for him at all. One possible final straw for me was the announcement of Scheer’s shadow cabinet. MICHAEL CHONG?? in a shadow cabinet, a liberal shadowing a liberal??? The way pussy Scheer is acting it looks like a merger with the libs is more his agenda than fighting the bastards. I’m in the no more money faction until I detect some earth shattering results. There had better be fireworks in the commons this fall….M103, crippling small business taxes, illegal and immoral carbon taxes, no borders and apparently no laws and a myriad of other concerns. We will know soon.

I wish Michelle Rempel was my wife and Bergen and Batters were my sister-in- laws. I would feel safe being a conservative then. I could NOT live with a sjw leftist snowflake, and would probably spend the rest of my life in jail for murder.

Nobody feels good about voting for a turncoat.
Scheer as good as lied to us. He is the worst kind of deceiver. Smilin Andy will be gone one way or the other.
Ron Voss mentioned somewhere that Michelle Rempel was becoming an impressive force, and I agree. Someone else mentioned Senator Denis Batters and Candice Bergen as formidable conservatives. Again I could not agree more. They seem to be the only ones holding Justin to account. Scheer is sitting, on the fence schmoozing the left. If he thinks he is going to win on ‘cute?’ he will be disappointed. He isn’t cute. His ‘smilin’ is looking more and more demonic and his speech pattern although different from Justin’s is equally annoying.
commented 2017-09-14 09:31:20 -0400
JAMES VAN HALEN why would those dissatisfied with Justin vote for the same policies from a guy whose socks aren’t as cute and wife isn’t as photogenic?
If people leave the liberals to vote conservative it would be for conservative ideas not re rinsed liberal bleached. I would say that you don’t get it James Van Halen. Scheer needs his conservative base to win, and any immigrants with conservative ideas and the only liberals he will ever get to vote for him are the ones who left for a lark, a change, his youth and ‘good looks’, the blued haired old ladies who were soft for Pierre as well as some youth who won’t be that caviller about their vote twice. Dissing his base is the biggest mistake he will make. He needs our vote PLUS. There is no dumping one for the other. It just isn’t going to work that way.

Jamie Macmaster excellent diddy!

DAVID HEINZE, what a great idea. I intend to do the same, and notify the Conservative Party that I am doing so. If all Rebel supporters did this, it may force Andrew Scheer to change his outlook and strategy.
JAMES VAN HALEN, I think you’re right.. he may think that we’ll vote for him regardless, but unfortunately if he pisses enough conservatives off, they may just stay home on election day. Why elect Liberal Lite?
commented 2017-09-14 01:31:54 -0400
You guys don’t get it. Scheer doesn’t need you or Rebel support.

He’s going to try to appeal to the center right and people disappointed with Trudeau. He would much prefer a liberal vote over your conservative vote.
commented 2017-09-14 00:55:53 -0400
I have been very disappointed with the Conservative track record since Scheer became leader. I was especially outraged when denounced The Rebel. Why not The CBC, CTV, or many others? This year our donation to the Federal Conservatives went to The Rebel instead.
