A Seattle Fox affiliate has come under fire for running a doctored video of President Trump’s recent Oval Office speech in which the President appeared to be sticking his tongue-out, lizard-like, between sentences, and the colours were over-saturated to make Trump’s skin and hair appear orange.
The staffer responsible for this grotesque special effects extravaganza was sacked while the station now nurses a throbbing black eye in the credibility department.
And in yet another scathing indictment of increasingly selective news coverage, just a day after the Seattle Trump fakery, it was reported that an independent TV station in San Diego, KUSI, said that CNN turned down an opportunity to hear about border security from a local perspective.
Gee, why would that be?
These days, journalism is far less about news-gathering and reporting and far more about dispensing an ideological bias in an attempt to influence public opinion via propaganda.
The good news though is that an increasing number of people just ain’t buying what they’re selling.
