Finance Minister mocks value of balanced budgets -- Liberals won’t “lose sleep” over growing debt

Brian LilleyArchive

Justin Trudeau and his Liberals just can't say the word S-U-R-P-L-U-S. Even with the latest numbers from his own department Trudeau's Minister of Finance, Bill Morneau, refuses to utter the word and even claims it doesn't matter anyway.

Watch as I dissect what happened in the House of Commons and explain what Morneau is likely to do next to mess with Canada's books.

Bills comments could not be more truthful if he tried. He spending tax payer money for his kids and his grand kids. Not for the children and grand children of average Canadians. Spoken like a true liberal.
Andrew……..grow up!!

I guess Bill Moron"s comments really do reflect all the values, honesty, and integrity of the Lieberal Bum Party of Canada.
And what they really think of Canadian Taxpayers.

Well i will not have to pay for this crap in the future when it is really bad anyways, but i still know it is horrible. Sad thing is that the youth who voted in these brainless clowns will blame us for the debt.

We should all remember tat the Liberals are the natural governing party of Canda. The money received by the government is the true and rightful property of the Liberal party, to be paid out in such manner as the Liberals, in their infinite wisdom, deem fit. Above all, Liberals and their supporters are entitled to their entitlements and deficits be damned.

It will be the Muslims who inherit the National Debt, what is left of real Canadians will be on the endangered species list.

Jamie MacMaster you are correct, the majority of the youth of this country needed a change of hair and voted in the man least suited to run this country. They now have the debt on their own heads and can live with the dandruff.

The canadian sheep who vote for these big intrusive governments will have to lose enough that they finally wake up to the realization that elected officials in this country have way to much power, way to little oversight and are no more capable of running the country than our neighbors on either side of us.

Mark, now you’ve got me wondering, what a politically correct, femnist toga party look like?

Hi Peter,
Silly boy, when the Liberals run a deficit they are “investing”. When the Conservatives run a deficit they are reducing the capacity of future Liberal governments to borrow. The money almost certainly will not go to the throngs of Liberal cronies who are waiting to be fed at the trough. For a Liberal this is an ourtrage.

I used to really worry about the growing pubic debt. I didn’t want the younger generations to be saddled with the liabilities from my baby-boomer crowd.

But then along comes successive Ontario elections, and the last federal election, and what conclusion am I supposed to draw? I mean, the young crowd has been solidly behind McGuinty, Wynne, and now turdo la doo.

So, all I can say is, “Thanks for relieving me of my debts, kids…and hey, enjoy your own too!”

can’t blame the pot voters they were to young or dumb to know what a liberal vote will get you every time.Just look at any of them in power and you see the same thing. They can not even answer a simple question.

Since when is the mandate of a government of a free country to be the Politboro of Investment? Nice country we used to have.

What a stunned bunny this guy is. He’s supposed to be a finance minister? What a huge joke. He needs to step down immediately.

And yet the Liberals whined, bitched and bellyached when Harper ran a deficit, a deficit they themselves forced upon Harper by threatening to overthrow the government with the 2008 coalition.

Wake up Peter – no one gives a shit.

Morneau and that other closet homosexual are just getting ready to financially rape Canadians like never before.

This is what libranos do. And when it happens, just remember, you deserve it. Canada chose these marxist pigs – you choose a financial rapist and you will get financially raped.

Canada will likely default on its debt in the years ahead – btw, here come higher taxes too.

Enjoy Canada you stupid assholes!!!

Why is it that leftist Canadians seem okay with the Liberals running a deficit, but not the Conservatives?
