Social Justice Warrior Professor offers terrorist Omar Khadr a seat in his class

Rebel Staff

The CBC posted a story about a social justice warrior professor at McMaster University offering convicted terrorist Omar Khadr a seat in his class.

Of course, the offer isn't real. Khadr isn't allowed to leave Alberta, but he can go to BC with his lawyer.

The prof actually thinks that by having Khadr in his class would promote peace. He offered no condolences to the victims of the convicted terrorist. But that's typical isn't it?

Not only that, but the CBC article said Khadr "renounced violent extremism."

No he hasn't. He said the jihad is something "it's not something he believes in right now."

Is there any professor in Canada who would offer free school to the victims of Omar Khadr?

I emailed Clark to suggest that if he is truly concerned about promoting peace by ensuring the education and rehabilitation of child soldiers the UNESCO has a NGO devoted to assisting in the integration of demobilized child soldiers on a global scale, and they (and ECOSOC) assert that education is the most important factor (but education that also factors in psycho-social needs post-war). Clark responded that he wants to open a dialog about Khadr and it is meaningless to him whether Khadr could (or was willing to) accept the offer – all that matters is what the university is perceived of as standing for – so it is an empty gesture intended to promote himself, the university, and his colleague’s new book.

I bet the professor is in either the Political Science Department or the Sociology Department.

As a person who employs a few folks, I must tell you that this professor is only confirming what I learned a long time ago while trying to find new grads who knew how to think on their feet.

“They are telling their students WHAT to think – and not teaching them HOW to think.”

Just another person with tenure who thinks he knows it all.

Those of you with islamic friends ask them to stand up and publicly state these things – it is unlikely they will – I wonder if khadr would do this? I doubt it.

Deny armed jihad
Deny suicide bombing
Deny terror tactics
Deny apostasy
Deny under age marriage
Deny honour killings
Deny halal
Deny female genital mutilation
Deny the killing of homosexuals
Deny the beating of a wife
Deny the stoning of women
Deny sharia law supremacy
And much more…

To do all the above is a death sentence under sharia law

Yet the prof thinks the “littlekiller” will help promote peace by being in his class?

This free criminal and his family will come back to haunt us someday.

Of that I am sure.

The Boston bomber gets death, and Canada gives Omar star status? What’s wrong with this picture. Canada is really skewed if this is considered okay.

So when I read somewhere about a possible cbc buy out by a muslim organization it was a referral to a satire. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if this did happen sometime in the near future.

I saw that and he made me sick. Another left wing professor trying to cash in off a terrorist.

The so called intellectuals have really destroyed the education system. At one time a university degree was worth something, and now it isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. What a bunch of pompous “intellectual” jackasses! I think that public funding for universities needs to be canceled, until we start seeing some intelligence coming out. They have become to political!

Dr. David L. Clark, a tenured professor at McMaster’s English and cultural studies program.
Ontario tax dollars hugging terrorists – again.

Fully aware Ron, thanks. I don’t think the public broadcaster would be scooped up by Al-Jazeera, or any other foreign entity. Infiltrated from within yes, sold outright no. Yes it was satire on the megaphone, funny how rumours get started.

Liza and Rick this is the article :-
It was a satire on The Megaphone

I want to know where that vacation property in BC is.

Ezra, you should try to score an interview with Spears widow, kids and soldier maimed by Omar Khadr. They must be very frustrated with Canada. Canada needs to hear from them. A little perspective would be good, and how else to do it. Why isn’t MSM inviting them to speak! We are making some enemies in America over this. And we are soiling our good name.

University professors are proving again and again that they are imbeciles and that a university education is starting to look like a huge waste of money. I heard somewhere recently that a muslim organization is buying out the CBC. This would explain all the Islamic extremism support.

Now we have the old saw demonstrated, “Those who can, do; those who can’t, teach.”

The sad state of our Academia exemplified! And this propoganda puppet is allowed to teach? The University Administration should be challenging this in some manner, even if to chastise this bonehead to even offer admission to classes bypassing the rules everyone else must follow. Somehow though, I think nothing will happen. Nothing to see here folks, move along! Stop publicly funding these institutions! That is the only way they will be accountable!

When Khadr asked and was granted bail he broke the plea deal he signed with the United States and Canada. By breaking this plea deal he signed it makes the deal Nul and Void there for opening his conviction for re-trial as an adult. As Ezra said his original term was 40 years to life. Today on the news I heard the federal government is filing charges in court for him to be charged with murder one. Now wouldn’t it be justice if he were put away for another 35 years.

The university education for the Speers kids. Excellent point, Ezra!

I get so baffled by some of my fellow Canadians, its like we have smart air heads running organizations. Wait look at the free advertising they are getting for their programs?

This is not surprising. The CBC, universities and their fellow travellers support terrorism. They have for nearly 50 years. The ANC, SWAPO and ZANU to name a few are terrorist murderers that swept to power to the delight of the simpleton professors and the news network of honesty, truth and balanced reporting. Omar Khadr has become a celebrity and darling of these babblers. In due course he probably will get his own show on the CBC along with a chair at one of our institutions of higher learning. Thanks to TheRebel for keeping us informed. You are a real news organization.
