Soldiers instrumental in Liberal "refugee rush" plan -- but uniforms, sidearms will be forbidden

Brian LilleyArchive

We’re learning more about the Liberals refugee rush, specifically the military’s role in the plan.

When news started spreading about soldiers receiving letters notifying them that they would be asked to vacate their residences to make room for refugees, the Liberals denied it. They’ve now confirmed that single unmarried soldiers awaiting deployment, will indeed need to move.

Soldiers are used to being asked to make sacrifices and we’ll have to wait and see how long they can expect this dislocation to last.

On thing we do know however is that many of those displaced soldiers will be deployed to assist the refugees but out of concern that they might find the sight of uniformed soldiers disturbing, they won’t be wearing uniforms or carrying sidearms.

This hearkens back to the 1990’s when the Liberals forbade soldiers from wearing uniforms in public.

I think this has less to do with the refugees and everything to do with how the Liberals view the military.

You shouldn’t, KARAN SINGH. But you missed my point.

Ferocious? I can’t stop laughing Jay Kelly. I would think he is more of a yellow-bellied coward and those that voted for these loons, can be proud that they have sent Canada on a fast track to hell. The only one that would trust this goof are people you Jay, who can’t seem to see past the end of their noses.

Defense Minister Sajjan seems both ferocious and gentle. Beware: he knows what Canada faced on the ground in Afghanistan—he was there. He also knows what it is to be a family man in Canada— when your focus is on the safety of your children.
Would you trust a man like that?
Most people would.

According to what heard tonight the Def min denies making the “no uniforms and no side arms” decision.

So, if the Def Min des not run his office who does?

If someone says the CDS made this decision I will bet he was ordered to do it and not tell who gave him the order.

Perhaps Karan Singh is correct when he says:

Canada is going to die, to many takers not enough makers. I would like to see a mass exodus of the makers. Most of you have no idea what is coming..either WW3…but most likely the debt ridden west, and the debt ridden east will go bust….your saving…gone….pension…gone…..if you think I am crazy do the fucking research you fucking drones. Canada is a commodity based economy. it will be 10years before they come back, if ever. Ont. is fucked, what jobs that are left will be gone. the oil sands kept the Canadian economy alive, now the fucking idiot people choose to destroy it with NDP and Trudeau….so the people are gonna get what they deserve. A climate change lies, debt, no jobs..and lots more lies from politicians telling you all is well were looking after you while you lose your homes, saving and pensions…. YOU are getting what you deserve.

That is actually a lie.there us a couple here in Edmonton that the husband has been transfered from Atlantic coast to Edmonton but was told he would not be receiving his military home because of refugees and needs to find his own place,he now has to leave his wife back east cause they can’t afford to rent a apartment.this how they are treating our soldiers

That is because the “badass” is actually far more cowardly than the media would ever have you believe – this man is known in the military for being nothing like he is portrayed in the media.

Yes Deborah Graupner, I am well aware of the ‘mohammedan no go zones’, notably UK & the continent. I was there in London in 2011 for 2 weeks & will never go back, I see a complete surrender mentality prevalent among the native Britons, the savages have already gained a strong foothold & are rushing towards gaining an upper hand, UK & most of the western Europe is a lost cause. We’ve to watch Canada does not go the same way, although the present political situation & the mentality of the masses are pointing towards a dangerous trend.
Unfortunately some people from my own community (east Indians/Sikhs) have been instrumental in this destruction of Canadian society & values. I lament of this loss, of Canadian Values & society, because I came to Canada to for the reason of adopting those values & be part of the Canadian society by assimilating but sadly those are nowhere to be found. There’s abundance of other cultures to be found BUT no Canadian culture or society, what I see instead is a multi-hodgepodge of different cultures.

Is it not painfully obvious to everyone else the entire West is being, deconstructed, dismantled, broken down and destroyed from within? That partisan politics is a BS facade for a covert fascist state(crony capitalism), well on the road to a totalitarian global fascist state, ‘led’ by one-worlder, ideologically driven commissars, posing as ‘world leaders’.
The treasonous actions are so blatant and in your face, on a daily basis, and escalating…and pretty much not a peep from anywhere…I guess we don’t deserve what we are losing if we are not willing to stand up and fight for it…

Karan Singh – yes, they will start with our soldiers, and then they will start evicting white people who are currently in our public housing systems, which has already been happening for sometime. Just ask Calgary’s bug eyed mayor Nenshi. This is where the drums of trouble are sounding, because those who we are forcing assistance on, are starting to attack the hand that feeds them. The No Go Zones are alive and well and will come alive once they can’t keep a lid on the pot any longer.

Oh, and on the issue of removing ‘some’ soldiers out of their accommodation to accommodate these ‘muslim invaders’, today it’s our soldiers tomorrow it’ll be the ordinary citizens who’ll be forcibly removed from their houses to accommodate these parasites. If you think this could never happen then just look what Germany & Sweden has done to their citizens.

I remember in 80’s & 90’s people from this Defense minister’s community in Canada fought hard to retain the ‘kirpan’, a Sikh’s sidearm, even while attending Canadian schools, in Canadian legislatures and parliament. What a hypocrite.

Our Veterans fought for our freedom ,now we have to forgo our freedom to cater to the refugees oops not allowed to refer them as refugees ,the Canadian uniform was worn with pride ,now we have to hide it ,reminds me of old trudeau ,the military is lower class ,first they have to give up there rooms ,but not allowed to talk about it ,now there informs and side arm ,might insult the refugees ,I wonder when the defence minister went on police duty without his gun ,as he might insult the Crimial , these soldiers are going into these camps with nothing to protect them ,send a few MP,s in to get them ,let them earn the tax payers money ,!!! Saudi Arabia ,has a tent city with full power ,air condition ,,bathrooms which would house a few million people ,so why are we taking them in ,let the Arab National League ,look after them ,they are the wealthy countries in the world ,why our country is laying of people ,our homeless ,hungry ,and Vets ,are suffering ,!!,

Remember the photo op of the new defence minister in fatigues. Well the dead give away that it was just a photo op is that full face beard. I don’t recall real soldiers being able to hide their faces behind a bush, but maybe things have changed.

The govt is offering incentivised postings to current employees to convince them to move jobs and take up “Permanent” new jobs at airports processing refugees. “Permanent” wtf? I was told this by a guy I know who works in a passport office. They were offered all kinds of percs to leave their current jobs and move to these new jobs at the airport here in Toronto. Once the Liberals start bringing in these dirtbag so-called refugees they are not going to stop until we turf them from office.
None of these refugees are coming here looking to integrate into our society or offer anything to our country other than being a burden on all of our social programs etc. The projected billions that bringing these refugees here is going to cost could obviously be much better spent here at home. How about increased subsidies to Toronto transit, the least subsidized large city transit system in the world. No instead we hard working people that are just scraping by are going to have to pay more out of pocket just to get around while Turdeau and his gang rob us blind to impress the world with their “moral superiority”

1) Just the fact,: I can not go into the base to welcome my loved one,who is coming home from a mission, because I am not immediate family (he/she do not have a wife/husband) just a “mom” and we have different address, but thousand of immigrants will be able to come and go as they wishes?
2) How they going to defend themselves and they civilian colleagues in any terrorist attack? Who can guarantee ,something( terrorist ambush) will not happen ? Or we have the same scenario like in Parliament Hill ,where we had 2 soldiers without ammunition, where one was killed. Are they shamed of our uniformed mans? All explanation for this “immigrant /Muslim” frenzy just do not and up to me.

The new Minister of National Defense is not exactly discreet. The Canadian armed forces are coming into their own after ten years of disdain and disrespect. Let’s support our troops.

Typical liberals, piss all over our CAF again. I guess there will be no sausage or bacon for breakfast and pork chop Thursdays are gone. Btw every time I deployed my personal belongings stayed in my room, what do these poor guys got to do ,rent a storage space ? At their own cost?

Its all about feeling. Feelings that seeing Canadian soldiers in uniforms and with sidearms might offend people who have lived their entire lives with a military enforced government. The same thing in the “refugee” camps. They are used to it. Will the new order of the day be that police not wear uniforms or be armed? No war museum on the off chance one of these “refugees” stumbles into the National War Museum and is offended? Remove the statues from Ottawa and all through Canada because someone might be offended by our war memorials?

Why should our soldiers be moved out of their accommodations, whether single or otherwise? Why should they be treated as the slime on the bottom of a boot? Simply because they may be deployed overseas is not sufficient reason to treat them with such disrespect. If anything, let them enjoy what time they have left before being sent overseas (and apparently unarmed).

In Toronto, the MARS building is underused; stock pile the migrants there. It would make Wynn happy, and, after all, she is part of the big happy Liberal family.

What worries me most is that soldiers may be expected to not be in uniform on base and not carry weapons on base. Considering that the “refugees” will be in sufficient numbers to do what we all hope they won’t, isn’t putting them right by weapons caches really all that clever an idea?

PS: What is with the defence minister’s eyebrows? Is he trying to do a Groucho Marx imitation? Doesn’t he know that Groucho’s eyebrows were pasted on?

Mr. Lilley,

I don’t know how much you really know about what is going on on the bases such as Valcartier, Kingston, and Trenton regarding the eviction of soldiers from their barracks to make room for refugees, but I can assure you, I have seen the Power Point briefings and will tell you this:

The MND, DND bureaucrats, senior officers and the CAF Public Affairs machine are lying to the public about the impact importing this wave of migrants is going to have on our soldiers. It is not just “transient members on courses” being booted out of their accommodations, it is also members posted long-term to bases. They and their possessions have to be out in two days – at their own effort and expense. They are being shoved into condemned buildings, 4 to a room – and will STILL be expected to pay for these quarters (at an as-yet undetermined “reduced rate”). They will also lose access to other base facilities such as messes and gymnasiums as these will be given over to the migrants. No one knows how long this will last, but given that the last of the migrants will not be here until March, it looks as though our own troops will be “refugees” on their own bases for months.

There is far more going on than this, but this post is getting lengthy.

I URGE you and your staff at the Rebel to start digging into this issue more deeply and make public the lies and weasel words being used to cover up the $crewing of our troops (yet again)…

I can’t wait for the refugees to see people in Canada wearing face coverings in winter like ISIS did to mask their identity. The Syrian Refugees should be flipping out over that one. I wouldn’t put it past the Liberals to come up with something as dumb as telling Canadians to forgo the balaclava to make the refs feel less threatened.
commented 2015-11-25 21:35:02 -0500
Perhaps we can dress our solders in niqabs to make them( immigrants) feel home right-away.
