Spot the Leader: Can you tell Tom Mulcair from Burt Reynolds?

Rebel Staff

Can you name the leader of the federal NDP? If so, can you pick him out in a comical "line up" that includes photos of Burt Reynolds and the late Jack Layton?

Reporting for TheRebel.media, Canadian comedy duo Jason and Matt (of "Splatalot" fame) take to the streets of Toronto to conduct an experiment (that might depress you.)

OMG – is it legal to be that stupid in public?

Now, this was funny. I was laughing the whole time as well as pulling my hair out because these people were so dumb. I hope these clueless people don’t vote in the next Fed election. But, on the other hand, they probably do. How long has Mulcaire been the leader of the NDP, & they don’t know who he is. Scary & pitiful. I guess they never watch the news because they are too busy with more important things like texting about Beyoncé & Justin Bieber etc, because well they are very important people & God forbid you should miss out on what their new hit song is. Badddddd

I’ll bet they couldn’t pick Harper either…these are the people who stole the provinces of Ontario and Alberta from knowledgeable voters…THEY DESERVE A DICTATORSHIPTHEN THEY MIGHT ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION FOR A SPLIT SECOND….talk about attention deficit disorder…the whole country seems to be infected!

If people like these didn’t vote, we probably wouldn’t have as many left leaning governments in this country.

Us political junkies are definitely in the minority……most people are low-information voters that will rely on the Leaders’ Debate performance. Scary.

I got a laugh out of that. Proves what I have always thought about Canadian voters. I suggest you run the game on the east coast.

What a disgrace. What an embarrassing take on Politics. Imagine actually saying " this is a hard game " but they know Trudeau because he has great hair. Calling Mr. Layton the Pink Panther guy". What disrespect. To have his picture on that poster was in very bad taste. And the guy who says he never votes and who cares anyway. These are the very people who will one day represent our country. God help us all.

stephen iesinberg give info to the conservatives for ammunition. To use against him. In Canada you don’t need to renounce your citizen ship for another country to be pm. but i wish they would. Chretien and the liberal leaders never did. and i was always wondering why. just saw a poll done on twitter i think its a ctv abicus poll got the conservatives ahead of the liberals bye 4 points and both the ndp and liberals tied that is great news for the conservatives because abicus is a ctv leftis funded poll and the cons are ahead.

Reminds me of Rick Mercer interviewing on the campus of Harvard University, with his ‘Pee-air Poutine’ questions. lol

I thought US common folk were ignorant of their leaders. Now I know many in Canada are exactly the same. too bad.

When will Mulcair renounce his French citizenship. I’m not too comfortable with a leader of the opposition, sitting MP, or PM who has dual citizenship. He should pick one or the other, but not run MY country when his interests may be for HIS OTHER country.

I had dealings with Mulcair when he was my MNA in Quebec. From my experiences, I would not trust him if he said it was daytime while I was standing outside at noon on the brightest day of the year.
