Here's how to stop Antifa

Rebel Staff

After my recent brushes with Antifa in London, and following yet more violence and rioting in America, I've finally joined those calling for Antifa to be labelled a terrorist organisation.

It is not unintentional that the democrats are now always the blue color on the electoral map. Imagine the, rightful, implication if the states that went democrat were referred to as the “red states”. Libs are very adept at psychological warfare. They call themselves progressives because, hey that makes the “progressive”. The Reds in the revolution called themselves the “Bolsheviks” meaning majorityite instead of “menshevik” meaning minorityite, which is what they were.

Winston Churchill on the Left-wing:
“The Fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascist”

Theodore Roosevelt:
“To anger a Conservative – Lie to him. To anger a Lieberal – tell them the truth”

The power of labelling, and the lack of critical thought by far too many in government.

Antifa thinks if they self identify and label themselves as anti-fascist they immediately take the high moral ground, justifying whatever tactics they deem necessary, even if they are in fact the very ones using the historical fascist tactics of violence and threats to curtail opposing viewpoints and freedom of speech. They are on par with the politicians of North Korea, who laughingly label themselves the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea; there’s clearly nothing democratic about North Korea. Nor is there anything remotely "anti-fascist’ with Antifa.

Peaceful protest sure; masked thugs setting fires, assaulting people, looting property, no. Time that governments started getting back into the messy business of actually defending civil society by dirtying their hands rather than constantly casting a fearful glance at the ballot box to see what it might cost them in political capital should they do something substantive.

Where I live, a water cannon or two at any time other than the height of summer would very much ruin the day and dampen the ardour of anyone engaged in non-peaceful protest, and send a clear message that non-peaceful protest in our society has direct consequences for those engaged in such activity (no matter how they nobly they self-identify). Giving Antifa free rein because it is politically expedient (if not actually politically correct) to do so only runs the risk of giving rise to groups of similar disposition but with diametrically opposing viewpoints, who will band together out of self defense if for no other purpose. Then watch the sparks really fly.

We deserve better out of our governments.

I would have enjoyed a longer video. You brought up some very good points.
