On Friday's show, guest host Jerry Agar and Sun columnist Sue-Ann Levy debated the principles of free speech and whether it should apply to racist groups.
Jerry argued that racist groups like Black Lives Matter Toronto and Neo-Nazis do have abhorrent messages, but efforts to silence them could lead to shutting down anybody who voices unpopular opinions and that we already have methods of addressing those who call for violence.
Sue-Ann believes that groups espousing violence should not be permitted to host events on public land.

We have laws already to deal with hate speech and speech to incite violence.
