A Syrian man took matters into his own hands after an Islamic State judge ordered his family to be beheaded.
The Telegraph says that according to local media, the judge and his two guards were shot and killed in the town of Manbij in the Aleppo governate.
Kurdish ARA News reported that an anonymous eyewitness told them, “The young man has shot dead a Tunisian national, who served as a judge at the [ISIS]-linked Sharia Court in Manbij.”
He said that this happened after the sharia court had beheaded at least three of his family members including his brother.

He added that the man “took revenge and then killed himself to avoid falling into the hands of [ISIS].”
Allegedly after the death of the sharia judge, a rare anti-ISIS protest took place in one of the town's public squares. ISIS terrorists then opened fire on the crowd killing at least two and arresting the others.
