Police in Germany have arrested a 38-year-old Syrian refugee who allegedly asked ISIS to finance a terror attack.
According to The Daily Mail, “the unemployed 38-year-old migrant urged an ISIS contact via mobile phone message service Telegram to send him 180,000 euros, prosecutors said.”

Police raided in his apartment in Saarbruecken near the French border around 2:00 am on New Year's Eve. He was detained before being charged on New Years Day.
RT reports that he asked ISIS for money “to buy vehicles, which he planned to bobby trap with explosives.”
The report goes on to say “the Syrian asylum seeker allegedly planned to buy eight cars - €22,500 each - booby trap the vehicles and drive them into the crowds to 'kill a large number of non-Muslim people'.”

The Prosecutors Office said the reasons for its assumptions are based on a chat in the online messenger Telegram.
Authorities say the attack was designed to kill non-Muslims in Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
