Kurt Schlichter: “Britain is a disaster” — and proves why Americans need a Second Amendment

Kurt SchlichterHost of Take That

I talk about Democrat obstructionism and how it undermines democracy; how the British are busy undermining their own democracy (and how 335 million armed American citizens exercising their Second Amendment rights are a potent force to fight this kind of leftist tyranny.)

Then I'll break down, by the numbers, why liberals are doomed to lose any civil war they start!

Thanks for that most enlightening talk regarding the government taking American guns and how that would fail militarily. But what I worry about is bureaucratic moves to incrementally make gun ownership more and more difficult. This is what happened in Canada and the UK. Insurgents would have a more difficult time fighting the government here if they became totalitarian. Resistance could still happen but it would be muted compared to south of the 49th parallel.

You had me at “drunken harpie”.

Kurt, maybe Bitey can join you on set from time to time.

Kurt, Hundreds of thousands of Canadians would come down and join the US Civil War, as many of us see the writing on the wall with Trudeau in charge.
I wouldn’t lift a finger to help the little British bum boys; there is no hope for those men. They probably enjoy being subdued by their Government and their invaders.

Allen Peterson Andrew will never face the truth unless it strikes her personally.

Andrew Edmonton is a disaster as well. I see it every damn day.

Andrew Stephenson Edmontons murder rate is not high because of the people you think.

Great commentary Kurt. Thanks.

- Confirmed Mike Pompeo has been confirmed as secretary of state. The attempts by the Democrats & RINOs have pretty much blown up in their faces at this point. Right now there are historic talks going on in Korea – the mainstream media are doing their best to downplay it.

- The UK is an example of how fast a country can go from being a beacon of freedom to a fascist dictatorship. They don’t quite have the dictatorship yet, but the systems are in place. People are being arrested for posts they make on social media, Count Dankula is just the most recent example. The national health service would rather murder a baby than admit their system doesn’t work anymore. London passed New York in terms of murder for the first time since about 1800.

- America is not immune to what is going on in the UK & Europe. (They were using the British healthcare system to sell Obamacare.) If the Hildabeast had been elected president the Democrats would now have the Supreme court in their hands. You would see California style gun laws being implemented everywhere. Open borders would be the order of the day along with broad sweeping amnesty. You would see the beginning of a civil war at that point. As far as that civil war is concerned – civil wars are a mess. Some cops will back the government & some won’t. Some in the military will back the government & some will not. Then you have retired veterans & retired cops. Then you have hunters & sports shooters.

Great analysis on Civil War. The Lieberals fear our military which is why they treat them so badly. Military folk are drawn from the general population, not the elites, hence their sympathies are not with tyrants. Jihadi Justin will be in a whole lot of trouble if he instigates any kind of civil uprising. This is likely why he is importing so many Islamics into the country. That will be his “army” against the Canadian population. Or so he is counting on!

Should say,
“knifings and acid attacks”.
commented 2018-04-27 13:59:49 -0400
Andrew the main point is not the actual number but the shocking % increase of murder in London. Also the number of knifings and attacks. Nice deflection, though. Credit where credit is due.

There are many guns in Canada that were never registered when the liberals started this BS. People from previous generations knew all too well the evil that Marxists are capable of. So they can try to disarm Canadians, but they haven’t got a clue how many guns are out there.

In all human history, there is always a breaking point where the tyranny of the gov’t is no longer acceptable for the people. And then rebellion spreads like fire. They may fine and imprison thousands, eliminate free speech, kill the internet with their censorship, and even re-open the labor camps which is certainly what a nazi like Soros dreams of. Other than in the Middle-East where they can control the masses by brainwashing them with their invented ideology, the ordinary people in the West are feeling more and more alienated, their tax dollars stolen, their human rights gradually abolished, their voices silenced, continually lied to by the media and gov’t. For God’s sake, they are now forbidden to express normal basic human emotion, such as hate, and the gov’t can now kill your child in the UK. Think about that for a sec. The pressure is mounting and it may last for quite some time, but the pressure cooker containing the silent mass of people will explode one day. It’s simple physics.
However, you, Americans, have been and are so right to hold to your guns.

As to the article itself, no, Britain isn’t a disaster. Oh, no, London’s murder rate is nearly half Edmonton’s (~50 in first quarter x 4 = 200 annualized, for 9m vs Edmonton’s 47 in 2017, with ~1m) Clearly the world is ending.

The second amendment made more sense in terms of revolution when they had a weak colonial governent that was barely better equipped than a ragtag militia of angry farmers with muskets. Today, an armed revolution would last about three days before its proponents were reduced to Taliban style cave-guerillas.

“The Rebel’s impact is clearly freaking out the left, who have resident trolls here in a vain attempt to discredit it. They understand that what Ezra has going here is nothing less than a real threat to their news and information monopoly.”

Which is of course why they fired Faith Goldy and have been shuffling the van attack articles off the front page when the peanut gallery gets too extreme in their islamophobia – he walks a fine line of plausible deniability here. How many incidents can he, personally, afford?

Kinda hard to respond to this. The U.S. contributor is gay, and the U.K. contributor feels the United Kingdom is a disaster.

Canadian supporters of The Rebel will give it a try, but it seems so pathetic.

Jay, look up the definition of “non-sequitur”. Of course if you can’t figure this out this video, lots of luck with that task.

The Rebel is standing up to the fascist left’s agenda. Now we have Commader Schlichter on board to mobilize the troops. Thank you Kurt.

Will I have to bury my Sheffield knives in the backyard when Trudeau declares them prohibited weapons like the mayor of London is advocating?
There doesn’t appear to be any rational common sense left in the British Isles and it has spread here with Trudeau and his diversity squad.

Robert, Ezra is “on the air”, so to speak, right here, and can be seen daily anywhere in the world.

MSM today ran an AP hit piece on what it called “darker corners of the web” where nefarious entities like, you guessed it, The Rebel, abide and lead people astray with “conspiracy theories”. I look at it the other way around. As far as I am concerned, it’s the MSM that inhabits the “darker corners of the web”, leading people astray by suppressing news and information that we need, which we find in any case on websites like The Rebel.

The Rebel’s impact is clearly freaking out the left, who have resident trolls here in a vain attempt to discredit it. They understand that what Ezra has going here is nothing less than a real threat to their news and information monopoly. Suppressing news and info that doesn’t fit the leftist narrative just doesn’t work anywhere near as well when there is another outlet continually foiling their news and info suppression. Carry on Ezra!

Britain: a completely stupid little country. It’s what Canada wants to be when it grows up.

Be a fine to me for the Argies to have another go at the Falkland.
