The teen who thought it was a good idea to blast the song “F*ck Tha Police” by NWA during the funeral of veteran police officer Miosotis Familia has been evicted.
According to the NY Post, 16-year-old Julien Rodriguez said it was “satisfying” to play the song on repeat from his apartment on East 188th Street. The thug claimed that his older brother and best friend were unjustifiably killed by cops.
“Since they did not show respect for my brother and my friend, why should I show respect to them?” he said.
The teen provided the names of his friend and brother, but the paper could not find any record of their deaths.
Twenty officers went up to the apartment in an attempt to stop the music. Eventually the teen apologized, but only because the building super threatened to toss the family out if he didn't.
Later, however, a man identified as the building's owner said he was going to evict the teen for his lack of respect.
“I left my job, came to the apartment, and told them they have to get out of there,” the man said. “I’ve got a deep respect for all the police — I didn’t know they would do something like that.”
