On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, I reported on Peter Walker, a political correspondent for The Guardian, tweeting that Tommy Robinson's legal team is “only appealing against the sentence.”
It's true that was Tommy's original plan, but after learning that his treatment in court violated rules of criminal procedure and that the judge had made many mistakes, Tommy's lawyers decided to appeal the conviction totally.
This information was evident within minutes of the appeal beginning, but Peter Walker wasn't even in the courtroom to report live. It's a good thing I came all the way from Canada to expose the truth (See all my reports at TommyTrial.com).
If The Guardian would lie about the facts of Tommy's appeal, imagine what else they're lying about.
