The Left labels Omar Khadr “a typical Muslim”

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On Friday's show, I spoke with Candice Malcolm about the left's attempt to normalize convicted terrorist Omar Khadr.

What the left doesn't realize is that portraying Khadr as a typical Muslim is an insult to the majority of Muslim-Canadians who condemn jihad terrorism.

WATCH my interview to hear why Candice thinks the left-wing elite are out of touch with Canadians on this issue.

“Ayan Ray, sorry, your explanations don’t hold any water. Using David Milgaard and others for your argument is an incorrect assessment of things.”

Right! You are more qualified than the Supreme Court of Canada!

“Too bad you think Khadr is a typical teenager, where do you live, Afghanistan?!!!”

I suggest you become familiar with the Youth Criminal Justice Act and its governing principles.

“A normal Prime Minister would have disputed this lawsuit before the judiciary and vehemently opposed any kind of payout.”

“Given that the Supreme Court found clear charter breaches, Mr. Khadr almost certainly would have been successful at trial. The real question is, how much would he be awarded? Calculating damages is not an exact science, especially when it comes to charter breaches.

The most recent guidance is found in the Ivan Henry case. In 2016, after having been successful in the Supreme Court in 2015, he was awarded $8 million at trial. He was wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for almost 27 years. Most of the award was to vindicate Mr. Henry’s breached charter rights, and to deter similar breaches of charter rights.

Similarly, David Milgaard was paid $10 million in 1999 for over 22 years imprisonment. Steven Truscott received $6.5 million for 10 years in jail and living with the stigma of being a convicted murderer for almost 50 years.

The payments for wrongful convictions likely serve as the upper limit for charter breaches. For government, a certain practicality comes in: what’s the price of not having this dragged out for another 10 years and having a possible further loss at the Supreme Court of Canada? That’s where the $10.5 million figure comes from."

http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/omar-khadr-legal-analysis-aaron-wherry-1.4199409

Khadr asked for $20 million. Canadian government had already spent $5 million in legal fees. They decided to settle for $10 million.

If you don’t want money to be spent to compensate violation of charter rights, tell Conservative politicians to get educated on charter rights.

“The Canadian tax payer didn’t radicalize Khadr and train him to be a killer; we didn’t drop him off in Afghanistan with supplies to build IED’s; we certainly didn’t give him instructions to fight Canadian and American troops; we didn’t introduce him to Osama Bin Laden & yet, the government stole our tax dollars to pay for this despicable settlement. "

“Canada was complicit. The Supreme Court of Canada has made that abundantly – in fact unanimously – clear; most compellingly in its 2010 ruling condemning the willingness of Canadian intelligence officers to interview a teenager who had been subjected to days of sleep deprivation, an agonizing and insidious form of torture.”

Stipulation of Fact

1. This stipulation of fact is entered into by the Prosecution and Defense knowingly and voluntarily in the case of United States v. Omar Ahmed Khadr (hereinafter “the accused”). Ayan Khadr, I mean Ray,
Here are links to the trial video and the signed stipulation of fact signed by Khadr and his lawyer. You posted an opinion piece….to bad for you.
What I find so curious about the “infringement of Khadr’s Charter Rights” is when someone commits High Treason against Canada, why does the infringement take a front seat to the repeated acts of High Treason? The Canadian tax payer didn’t radicalize Khadr and train him to be a killer; we didn’t drop him off in Afghanistan with supplies to build IED’s; we certainly didn’t give him instructions to fight Canadian and American troops; we didn’t introduce him to Osama Bin Laden & yet, the government stole our tax dollars to pay for this despicable settlement.

High treason

(1) Every one commits high treason who, in Canada,

(a) kills or attempts to kill Her Majesty, or does her any bodily harm tending to death or destruction, maims or wounds her, or imprisons or restrains her;

(b) levies war against Canada or does any act preparatory thereto; or

© assists an enemy at war with Canada, or any armed forces against whom Canadian Forces are engaged in hostilities, whether or not a state of war exists between Canada and the country whose forces they are.

Omar KHADR is guilty of HIGH TREASON under Sections B & C.

Khadr is an admitted & convicted terrorist. The majority of Canadians feel this political decision by the Liberal government as a deep betrayal, and, will never accept the Big Lies being trotted out by Trudeau, Gerald Butts, Ralph Goodale, McKenna and the mainstream media Trudeau groupies..

The SCoC did not attach a monetary amount or apology to it’s ruling; and the remedy was to Repatriate this killer.
A normal Prime Minister would have disputed this lawsuit before the judiciary and vehemently opposed any kind of payout. The legal team could have presented legal evidence which exists to support the position Khadr was an illegal enemy combattant; committing High Treason; was found guilty of five war crimes; was not a child soldier under Geneva Convention, a court did not find that Khadr had been tortured as he claimed

“As a Muslim, Khadr at 15 had reached manhood, so to call him a child is laughable. How many children do you know Ayan Ray, who can build I.E.Ds? The so called torture was fabricated by his lawyers & it worked well for his lawsuit.”

“Ray is here put the best spin on things, obviously a paid troll from the left”

The Supreme Court of Canada disagrees with all your subjective opinions and links.

“Ayan Ray sorry if that German list hurts a bigoted hate monger like you. LMAO!”

Are good Christians supposed to lie?

Grande Prairie in Alberta is Canada’s most dangerous city.

http://www.macleans.ca/news/canada/canada-most-dangerous-cities-2016-safe-your-city/

Muslims account for less than 1% of Grande Prairie residents (search “NHS Profile, Grande Prairie, CY, Alberta, 2011”).

I wonder why we are not talking about White Christians (the majority of Grande Prairie residents) committing crimes in Canada?

Canada is a much safer country today than it was in the 70’s when Canada’s population was overwhelmingly White.

Ethnically diverse cities like Toronto and Vancouver are considerably safer than predominantly White cities like Grande Prairie and Red Deer.

Ray is here put the best spin on things, obviously a paid troll from the left ,because three more law suites are coming down the pipe for Turdo to pay out millions. Three mens rights violated all have filed suit, thanks to the precedent setting settlement by turdo. Just watch land slide begin, Khadr is just the beginning.
Guess where these people are from? Here are the latest coming suites.
Two Canadian women found in a tunnel in Mosul with arms and suicide vests. The pay outs are just starting. Im sure Judge jury turdo will settle these suites for millions in tax payer dollars,. Canadians Money for Canadians of convenience. Mass demonstration is the only answer.

After all a Canadian is a Canadian except Canadians that live and work here.

If Islam was a religion of peace as Obama & his clone Trudeau preach, the word “moderate” would never be associated to describe Muslims. All the direct quotes that have been included in some of the posts are fact, not fiction for those who agree with the clones.
As a Muslim, Khadr at 15 had reached manhood, so to call him a child is laughable. How many children do you know Ayan Ray, who can build I.E.Ds? The so called torture was fabricated by his lawyers & it worked well for his lawsuit., but why bother with this nonsense when a simple letter to Trudeau would have sufficed, remember we would never have won a court trial anyway according to him, funny, I heard the same garbage out of Comey, the FBI director for not prosecuting crooked Hillary. Trudeau has no problem changing anything that might be detrimental to his agenda, but no appetite to do the same for something like the Charter of Rights. The minute that little terrorist rat left Canada, everything he enjoyed here should have been left behind forever, because he gave up his rights as a traitor, furthermore his family of Canadian convenience should also be given the boot which I also stated in my email to the PM & the opposition should be bringing that up as well as the dual citizenship terrorist keeping their Canadian status, when they all get back from their extended summer break.

“The Left has ‘white mans burden guilt guilt’.”

“I have just presented a definition of racism that includes the acknowledgment that whites hold social and institutional power over people of color. A white man is pounding his fist on the table. His face is red and he is furious. As he pounds he yells, “White people have been discriminated against for 25 years! A white person can’t get a job anymore!” I
look around the room and see 40 employed people, all white.”

Dr. Park explains frequent use of “negative emotion” words, like “hate” or swear words or mentions of violence, “tend to be good indicators of lower emotional stability… higher levels of baseline anger and anxiety and higher levels of depression, higher levels of stress.”

These tell-tale linguistic features include higher use of hateful language, profanity, and mentions of disliking others, he says. But it’s not necessarily the people who tweet in this manner who have high rates of heart disease. Rather, Schwartz explains, these individuals act as “canaries” or signals of the type of community in which they live.

" Islamists will always downplay the violence and post garbage. Their apologists do the same!"

“Back to my original comment… 90% slaughter and the other 10% cheer them on from the sidelines”

In EU, White people are responsible for the vast majority of terrorist incidents.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism#/media/File:Terro.jpg

“The largest number of attacks in which the terrorist affiliation could be identified were carried out by ethno-nationalist and separatist extremists (99). Attacks carried
out by left-wing violent extremists have been on the rise since 2014; they reached
a total of 27 in 2016, of which most (16) were reported by Italy. The number of
jihadist terrorist attacks decreased from 17 in 2015 to 13 in 2016, of which 6 were
linked to the so-called Islamic State (IS).

Apart from jihadist, ethno-nationalist and left-wing extremist attacks, an increasing
stream of violent assaults by right-wing extremist individuals and groups was
noted across Europe, in particular over the past two years, targeting asylum
seekers and ethnic minorities in general. An average of nearly 10 attacks a day were carried out on refugees in Germany in 2016, according to Germany’s Interior Ministry, as reported in open source media."

https://www.europol.europa.eu/activities-services/main-reports/eu-terrorism-situation-and-trend-report-te-sat-2017

Ezra Levant and the like are wrong when they claim terrorists are just after non-Muslims. Muslims are victims of terrorism to a far greater extent than non-Muslims. Here’s the truth.

“In cases where the religious affiliation of terrorism casualties could be determined, Muslims suffered between 82 and 97% of terrorism-related fatalities over the past five years.”

“Between 2004 and 2013 about half of all terrorist attacks, and 60% of fatalities due to terrorist attacks, took place in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan – all of which have a mostly Muslim population.”

“Most terrorist attacks are rooted in geopolitics. Religion is certainly a part of them, but it is not the only part.”

http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-30883058

Or is pointing out that Muslims are victims of terrorism to a far greater extent than non-Muslims and in EU, White people are responsible for the vast majority of terrorist incidents not good for generating web traffic and selling books?

The Left has ‘white mans burden guilt guilt’. Guilt for being white and a heritage of Colonialism. Culturally others have evolved to espouse that people are people, we all have the same basic needs-we are equal members of a species-humans. The Left hates being white-often they show reverse racism. Hating who you are based on skin colour and heritage is self racism. The internal conflict manifests itself in irrational behaviour like supporting “Black Lives Matter” or converting to Islam.

The Left attacks other whites for being racist when actually it is hypocritical, typecasting all white people as having inherent racism is racist. Actually, rationally speaking-people are people and are equal biologically.

The violence of the Left toward itself is self flagellation and is mentally unhealthy. Cleanse yourselves of the subconscious guilt of being white and move forward. You aren’t going to change a religious Jihad by being sympathetic to Muslims or minorities. Stop wasting your efforts and show a little empathy toward yourselves-most of you are White-stop hating yourselves and lashing out at others who accept that they are white. Treat all with compassion and understanding unless they want to kill or harm you because of irrational religious beliefs. Then protect yourselves and your loved ones-but don’t hate yourselves.
