Tide turns against Trudeau’s carbon tax: New Brunswick joins the fight

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On Friday’s episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Atlantic Director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, Paige MacPherson, discussed the welcome news that New Brunswick is joining Ontario and Saskatchewan in their legal challenge against the federal carbon tax.

There was a time when the fight against Trudeau’s carbon tax was a lonely one, but now it seems the tide is turning.

Watch as Paige explains how the New Brunswick election was a referendum on the carbon tax — even for the provincial Liberals!

I love it ,the Alberta separation movement is gaining steam people are pissed,it’s time for us Albertans to get the hell outta Dodge and control our own province. We have had enough of that POS in Ottawa with all his Islamic rats. FU Trudeau you UN bitch!!

Western separation is a real factor.
How can we have a country when a couple of people in BC can stop an entire pipe line
from being built to benefit all Canadians. Trade barriers between provinces that are so bad it is easier to import stuff from another country. Three provinces have less seats than one. The election vote is called before it hits the Manitoba border.

Canada imports oil up the ST. Lawrence at a rate of 80,000 barrels a day. This oil comes from some of the worst human rights abusers in the world. No gender lens or carbon tax for them. On the way back they wash their tanks out at sea fouling coast lines and reefs. Billions in jobs and your money sent to OPEC. All the while politicians force Canadians to stop using their own oil. Why, because the elites own the tankers, flagged in a different country to avoid both Canadian taxes and carbon tax and gender lens BS.
This enables them to donate to their special people.

Alberta Sask. and Manitoba have enough coal for 300 years, So in Alberta RAT-chel (we can no longer burn our own coal)
we are no longer rat free. Closes all the clean coal teck. electrical generation plants at the cost of billions to the public. Mean while our (best grade in the world) coal is shipped out of the biggest coal loading port in BC millions of tonnes for penny,s on the dollar.
The Chinese bring a new coal fired power plant on line every month. Using the clean burning coal technology given away or stolen from Canada.

Glad you asked Peter!… As of last count in the last few hours, PPCs 292 EDAs confirmed and still growing! That’s 292 Peter!…The next few weeks are going to be fascinating to watch in Canadian "grassroots"political history… “The people, they have indeed awoken!” And the Scheer’s and the Trudeau’s and the subversive Buttskie’s of the world should be shitting bricks right about now!…

Andy said, " I can’t wait for the PPC to set things straight, preferably sooner than later…"

So, speaking of Mad Max, how many candidates does he have running? Are all 338 filled? If not, which ones?

Al Peterson : I like Peterson’s Law. …..Under John Galt’s Observations it is covered as “In a sewer or toilet….the large pieces float”.

The answer of course being that we have “Looney Tunes” politicians in Ottawa running the nation right now!… I can’t wait for the PPC to set things straight, preferably sooner than later…

And that’s the fundamental question isn’t it Mark Chadwick: – Why the BLEEP wouldn’t a “rational nation” make use of its own refineries first???? Given the fact we have hundreds of years of the stuff under our own feet!!!

The tide has turned against the Dear Leader.

Jr.’s unfavourable rating at 54%.
I don’t know how his approval could be above single digits but this proves Peterson’s Law: The sum of intelligence in the world is a constant. Only the population is increasing.

Just watched an excellent scripted interview on cbc with Rosemary and Justine, the editors did a very good job of removing the ah ah ah’s and um’s, must have taken hours and hours to record this. Didn’t see butts on camera but he must have been close by to make sure everything went as planned

Funny under the green energy act they forced us to buy green energy first . Why can’t they make refineries use Canadian oil first . No amount of tax is going to change anything but make you poorer . But according to Barbie you will get 90% and more back and the budget will balance itself . also why are we bringing in all these people to a country that has severe cold winters and then pay to keep all these people warm it must be the liberal sunny ways . RIGHT

Climate change, ongoing for centuries & forever & ever.
Mr. Trudeau, Ms McKenna, Mr, Horgan & all of you extreme left wingers who tell us we’re going to burn, fry, die by the billions unless the UN plan is acted on, fine, bring it on, but before you do, you must all:
*stop flying across the globe
*stop driving your cars immediatly & have them scrapped
*stop using your cell phones & scrap them as well
  • as a matter of fact get rid of all your possessions which are oil based
  • start bicycling, no matter where you want to go
I dare you……practice what you’ve been preaching to us for a change, for the last 3 years.
After you’ve done that for a long while, come back to tell us how much carbon emissions have been eliminated & how much the climate has cooled down.
Maybe then we might take you seriously.

“…then how can anyone with a bit of pride and genuine concern for the Nation our grandchildren will inherit, remain not angry?”
If I get into a ‘conversation’ today with a lefty or an ill informed conservative, I often get the old, ‘Why are you so angry?’ routine.
Since ‘the tide is turning’ on those irrational lefty delusionoid drones, I chuckle and pause and look them right in the eye and say something like, ‘Why am I so angry? Well with all the intentional destruction going on in Canada today, and committed by the treasonous criminals who are committing this treason, and the availability of this information to anyone who is interested – OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE FAKE NEWS MEDIA PARTY – makes obvious the question that should be asked, and that question is, WHY AREN’T YOU ANGRY?!
I’ve revised that old lefty line,‘If you’re not part of the solution then you’re part of the problem.‘, to, ’If you’re not part of the solution – YOU ARE THE PROBLEM?

How do you spell ‘solution’?
(Sung to RESPECT)

Its time to attack trudeau and nip his bullshit in the bud and while we’re at it, don’t forget to kick his puppeteer, speech writing friend, Gerald Butts right in the butt, because he is more complicit in liberal dealings than what trudeau is.

We shall see. The Premiers are are a gutless lot and the vast majority of MLA / MPPs are even more craven.

When you think of the thousand +/- elected politicians who sit in the federal or provincial chambers, and then seriously contemplate the pitifully small (perhaps non-existent) number which has had the guts and honesty to speak out against, (a) the apocalyptic anthropogenic climate change horseshit, (b) the economic warfare conducted against the oilsands and the derailing of pipeline projects by foreign-funded interests, or © the economic strains and security hazards posed by an unrelenting stream of illegal entrants, then how can anyone with a bit of pride and genuine concern for the Nation our grandchildren will inherit, remain not angry?
