Tinder is a horrible use of modern technology

Martina MarkotaRebel Contributor

A girl in New York duped thousands of men on Tinder to meet her in Union Square, where she then put them through a series of tests in an attempt to win a date with her — and to show how men use Tinder to judge women by their looks.

But men and women both use Tinder and other dating apps in a superficial way. Women often require a certain height, and studies show they prefer attractive men over smart men. Being rich makes you attractive to them, too, and if you are popular with other women, they like that as well.

These are all superficial things, so publicly embarrassing these men is wrong. Everyone should get off dating apps. They are evil. Get out and meet women in real life.

Agree with Martina. Most women are seeking the “perfect” guy, and ask 1,000 questions. Problem with that is, you’re bound to uncover something you don’t like and write them off, when in fact, stats show women end up marrying guys that don’t meet a single criteria on their list. Why? Because it’s all about the connection. Once that connection is made, women (and men) overlook just about anything!!

There is nothing wrong with using dating apps or sites to meet someone in real life. And if the type of person you’re attracted to is difficult to find in real life, using these tools is absolutely necessary.
