Watch all of Ezra Levant's reports from the courthouse as Tommy Robinson sues the Cambridgeshire police

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Ezra Levant is at the trial of Tommy Robinson vs. the Cambridgeshire Police.

It’s a case where Tommy is actually fighting back. He’s suing the police, claiming they harassed and abused him — and more importantly, claiming they harassed Tommy’s young children, when they were all out together as a family for a carnival and football day.

Tommy captured the exchange on his cell phone camera. And it’s brutal.

Tommy was out at a restaurant with his family — he was taking his kids out to watch soccer — or football as they call it in the UK. And then suddenly a bunch of police swarmed him, and his family, and told him to get out of the city or be arrested.

No reason. He was just at a restaurant. They were utter bullies. Police state style. And they came at him with his children there, on purpose — to traumatize them.

When Tommy reluctantly complied, the police then demanded that Tommy actually leave the city — and they frog-marched him to the train station.

You know that old saying — if a tree falls in the forest, and no-one’s there to here, did it make a sound? Well, if Tommy exposes the police as being political bullies, who are using their police badges and uniforms to run political errands for politicians who hate Tommy — well, that’s huge news. But if no-one is there to report on it accurately, did it even happen?

Ezra Levant is at the trial to make sure there is honest reporting on this monumental case. You can watch all of Ezra's reports on the trial below and follow his live tweeting from the courthouse on Twitter. And you can contribute to support the cost of bringing Ezra to London, by donating here

LIVE! Ezra Levant UPDATES Tommy Robinson's trial, judge's ruling — and takes comments & questions

March 15, 2019Ezra just returned from reporting on Tommy Robinson’s case, accusing Cambridgeshire police of harassment. Ezra comments on the trial and the judges ruling live on YouTube while taking viewer questions too.

Luton constable testifies that Tommy Robinson was not a “risk”

March 14, 2019 - A Luton police officer testified today at Tommy Robinson's trial. Ezra reviews the interesting testimony.

More police testimony scheduled on Day 3 of Tommy Robinson's trial

March 14, 2019 - So far, much of the testimony at Tommy Robinson's trial against police harassment has been given by Cambridgeshire police officers, who serve the area where Tommy says the incident took place.

However, today we're expecting a constable from Luton to take the stand. This is important because Luton is Tommy's home town, so officers in that city may have a different take on what transpired that day...

Judge tells Ezra Levant to stop tweeting opinions about Tommy Robinson's trial

March 13, 2019 - Ezra reports on testimony on Day 2 of Tommy Robinson's trial against police harassment. PLUS the judge has now told Ezra to stop live-tweeting from the courtroom, or even outside it!

DAY ONE: Police testified that Tommy Robinson's behaviour was “unimpeachable”

March 12, 2019 - Ezra sums up the testimony on the first day of Tommy Robinson's case against the Cambridgeshire Police, for harassing him and his family.

“Pervy cop” with a camera made Tommy Robinson's “kids scream”

March 12, 2019 - During a recess, Ezra reviews the testimony so far, in Tommy Robinson's case against Cambridgeshire Police for harassing him and his family.

“The judge is going to have to go against the establishment”: Tommy Robinson outside court

March 12, 2019 - Just before court began this morning, Ezra spoke to Tommy Robinson and asked him to explain his case against the Cambridgeshire police, for harassment. Tommy pointed out that the only journalists who'd come to report on this case were Ezra, James Delingpole and the lads from Normally, when Tommy Robinson is the defendant and not the plaintiff, the situation is very different...

“I'm angry”: Police treatment of Tommy Robinson and his family was “clearly abusive conduct”

March 12, 2019 - Ezra reports from right outside the courthouse.

Tommy Robinson SUES police for harassment!

March 11, 2019 - Tommy Robinson asks for your support before his trial.

Tommy Robinson phoned me at 7 a.m. this morning. Here's what he told me.

March 11, 2019 - Tommy Robinson is going back to court. This isn’t the contempt of court prosecution of Tommy — that’s not until March 22nd. This is Tommy going on the offence himself — suing the Cambridgeshire police for abusing his family.

Tommy Robinson: I'm suing Cambridgeshire Police!

June 22, 2017 - Tommy Robinson's initial video explaining his lawsuit.

The UK police are absolute corrupt trash. The way they have treated Tommy Robinson and his family in this video is disgraceful. The truth is that the public have no idea how corrupt our police departments really are. The police themselves are involved in a highly criminal program where they are illegally targeting people for revenge.
As a targeted individual myself I have seen first hand what they are capable of doing as I have personally been illegally targeted by the Met Police in London. They will use covert psychological tactics to come after you. There are many of us out there and one day you could become their next target.
If you want to know more do a web search for “NSA whistleblower Karen Stewart”.

Josie Brenning, those days are long gone… The few that do care nowadays, are just that. The few.. My Grandfather fought in both World Wars. My Uncle devoted his entire life to the Canadian Military.. None of this will be forgotten on me, but the majority the young today, do not give a damn.. And now we find ourselves in 2019.. Times have changed, and very few care.. Now (in 2019), Brits do not have the time to deal with their own issues, let alone care about Canada… Maybe the ones you know do.. But that’s about it…

if the recordings by the police were recorded on a police blackberry phone they are automatically saved by the police department . I know this as my sister has just been discharged from the police force (mis conduct)because senior police offices went back through 5 years of text messages on a her blackberry phone where all correspondents are saved.

It’s a shame he heading back home and not be there for the outcome of the trial. Seems by points Tommy may loose his case.

So we’re done now. The judge has left. They’re returning tomorrow at 11:30. Freddie will be here; I’ll be back in Toronto.

I myself have to head back to Canada this afternoon. I have very much enjoyed the privilege of being your eyes and ears in the courtroom. And a thank-you to my new pal Freddie, who I think did a fair report of things for @Cambslive

Insult to any young man or women that gave their life for freedom .Britain France and Canada should all be ashamed for letting our democracies die .
The UN is a corrupt organization that should be shut down . Soros and company made enemy number 1 .

Jack Lawrence is the WWII vet’s name who just turned 100. Lest we forget the freedom they were fighting for.
commented 2019-03-13 23:22:15 -0400
Just so you know, Robert Sloane, Brits do give a damn about Canada. A WWII war vet who recently turned 100 even received birthday greetings from Queen Elizabeth. Wars are fought over freedom, and Tommy Robinson is a freedom fighter if there ever was one.

Tina, I understand your concern. But Britain has to stand up for it’s own.. If they don’t, then they go down.. As a Canadian, my concerns are here in Canada.. We have enough to deal with here, and if Brits are not willing to stand up for their own, so be it.. They’re like children over there.. They brought this on themselves.. They are not willing to stand up and fight for their rights.. I have no time for weak people, and I’m not going to pay their way.. The money I give to The Rebel will be better spent on a case of Cerveza in the country I retire to.. And in that Country, I will not have to deal with this nonsense… Same goes for Janice Atkinson.. Not my problem… And, (just so ya know) Brits don’t give a damn about Canada.. Not even the Queen cares… She’s more interested in a new Ship.. Paid for by the British Taxpayers..
commented 2019-03-13 17:49:32 -0400
What happens in Britain is important to Canadians. We aren’t far behind. And I understand how Tommy feels that he needs Ezra, after all he probably owes Ezra his life but as the Rebel network expands with its own reporters in the UK, in some cases a member of the rebel team can take Ezra’s place. The important thing is that Rebel gets the word out there, covers the case with integrity and fairness and doesn’t abandon Tommy to the wolves.
commented 2019-03-13 16:07:29 -0400
Ezra, bring your fight back to Canada.. We understand what Tommy is going through, but Canada has to be your priority.. You are Canadian.. I will not give my hard earned money to help others in another Country.. Their own should be dealing with this.. Our issues are with the Trudeau Government in Canada.. I attended the first Rebel Conference in Toronto, and talked with you, Sheila, and Faith.. Get your priorities straight.. And, allow editing and deletion on our comments. Or, I will put my money elsewhere.. You are doing good work here, but it’s time to focus on what’s important..

Anyways, I think Clemens is complaining to the judge a out me. I think that’s the only explanation that makes sense for asking me to stick around. I have no other obligations this afternoon so I’ll wait to see if the judge herself really does want to talk with me.

Unfortunately, you fellows don’t seem to be doing a very good job. I was following the reporting from Cambridgeshire Live, of which Ezra approved. At the end of day one I also watched Ezra’s report; today, day 2, I read that the judge had commented on Ezra’s twitter feed, saying that it was ‘pejorative and inaccurate’; that was my assessment of the end of day report. Exaggeration does not help; claiming, fore example, that the man with the camera was ‘perving’ was not helpful. Something is becoming clear in the proceedings – either Tommy has not been entirely straightforward in his account of things, or, more hopefully, his legal representative is doing a poor job of cross-examining the police officers. For example: Tommy says he was attending the pub with his children and not drinking; the police sgt says Tommy was with other men at the bar drinking. He was scarcely challenged on this. The police case is that they did not single out Tommy for attention but were acting on the spur of the moment. This case is helped to some degree by the officer who says Tommy was irate and ‘incoherent’ so that he assumed Tommy was drunk. He wasn’t challenged on this; the video gives the impression that Tommy was furious at being disturbed with his children, not that he was drunk; and a police officer should certainly be able to tell the difference between the two; but he was not challenged on this. The Sgt claims, improbably, not to know who Tommy is; but the essence of the case surely is that they knew exactly who he was and is. He was left unchallenged. This same Sgt. said that Tommy was a football hooligan ‘from the 80s’; since Tommy was born in 1982, this would make him highly precocious. The man was not challenged. If they don’t show that these men are telling what we in England term ‘porkies’ (pork-pies or lies), then Tommy is not going to win his case. Not going well!

These idiotic governments are courting a civil war. They are too arrogant to realize the military and some of the police will not side with their tyranny when the time comes.

Karma will happen one day to those same police when they need help and they realize the people will not care , nor will the people they are taking orders from. I wonder how many people would actually invest in or even visit the UK now??

With social media and banks de-platforming conservatives at an ever increasing rate. This comes along… New Tool Allows Users To Comment On Any Webpage Freely Without Fear Of Being Banned

“Because these comment sections are hosted by Gab, and simply indexed to individual webpages, users have the freedom to discuss tweets, YouTube videos, news articles, and more without the threat of censorship that comes with commenting on the platforms themselves.
“Dissenter has become a necessary tool due to rampant corporate censorship of ordinary internet users, whether that takes the form of YouTube demonetizing millions of videos and removing comment sections, Facebook and Instagram banning British activist Tommy Robinson for his political opinions, or Netflix banning comedy shows at the behest of Saudi princes,” said Gab CEO Andrew Torba in a statement announcing the launch of the platform.”

As an ex NZ police officer trained under the ‘Westminster System’, I am staggered that the English Police have become so corrupt. Is it illegal for a subordinate officer the carry out an order from a superior which is obviously illegal? Sue the individual police officers!!! Sue the commanding officers.

Police need to understand they work for the people so when a private citizen sees a crime and theirs are police present and do nothing they should be charged for dereliction of duty If more citizens started doing this it could cause change when it comes to law enforcement They take a oath to serve and protect after all they call us citizens So one of them need to be charged by a citizen for dereliction of duty .

You can bet the judge is a handpicked elitist with a disdain for common white folk, as is the norm now in that strange place we know as Britain. Not holding out much hope for Tommy’s case.
