Tommy Robinson's appeal: What happened in court today — and what's next

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Tommy Robinson's appeal hearing just finished, and will not be resuming tomorrow. The panel of judges say they need "the rest of July" before they hand down their decision.

Thanks to your crowdfunding, Tommy had a "dream team" of barristers and solicitors, and they've asked for three things, as I explain above.

If they end up winning even one of these points, Tommy will be freed.

But we don't know when that will be. Obviously, we will let you know as soon as the verdict comes down, because Tommy's fight is your fight too.

PLUS I talk about how Tommy seems to be holding up (he was "in court" via the prison video feed); his supporters who came to the courthouse first thing this morning; and much more.

I saw your reporting from the trial Mr Levant. Thank you. I heard you say in an interview that Tommy can receive emails by sending them through ‘email a prisoner’ but that service requires Tommy’s prison number, which I can’t find.

Thanks Ezra. Travel safe.

I’m also glad you covered the Trial. In the meantime, we need you back to comment on Trudeau’s new Cabinet where he moved 6 Ministers.

As I stated on another video of Ezra’s, the Laws of England are created by the EU. I hope for Tommy’s sake that he is released but I will only believe it when I see it. Remember, the Sheriff of Nottingham was a Frenchman and Tommy Robinson is surely the modern day Robin Hood.

By delaying their decision ‘til the end of July, the judges are adding that much extra time to Tommy’s punishment even if they find that he should be released.

So glad to see you’re okay and hear that Tommy is okay and that the trial went well. I’m thinking that since you’re in London and you’re okay, you might want to stay until the judges announce their verdict. Hopefully Tommy will be released and you can interview him about his experience in prison. In the meantime, you could do some reports from London and other places in the UK, maybe interview pols and regular people.

This is really encouraging news, Ezra. Thank you for going and reporting on this first-hand. At the risk of committing the sin of flattery, I just want to say I think you’re a very good person and I’m sure Tommy appreciates your presence very much. I hope he’s freed quickly. Indeed, the gas-lighted masses in the UK are slowly clueing in and may save their country yet. We’ll see if we the gas-lighted in Canada will do the same for our own country which has slipped so far away from us.

Thanks for the update, and all you’ve done Ezra. Maybe an interview with his lawyers before you head home?
