The local council has taken down the makeshift memorial to Lee Rigby, on the site of his murder by a Muslim terrorist.
They say local residents complained about it, but no one I talked to had a problem with the memorial — not even Muslim residents, whose "feelings" the left-wing council claims to be taking into account.
The council also says they support the installation of a plaque in St. George's Chapel, but that's just not good enough. There should be a remembrance park where he was murdered. The British public clearly demand one.
