What about the “trial Judge” at Leeds, is he going to undergo some sort of “corrective training”?
Can he be fired/suspended?

Churchill Paraphrased:
I have, myself, full confidence that if all do their duty, if nothing is neglected, and if the best arrangements are made, as they are being made, we shall prove ourselves once again be able to GIVE AWAY our Island home, to ride out the storm of war, and to SUCCUMB TO the menace of tyranny, if necessary for years, if necessary alone. At any rate, that is what we are going to try to do. That is the resolve of His Majesty’s Government-every man of them. That is the will of Parliament and MANY OF the nation. The British Empire and the French Republic, linked together in their cause and in their need, will defend to the death THE INVASION OF OUR native soil, aiding each other like good SHEEP to the utmost of their strength. Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous States have fallen or may fall into the grip of the CALIPHATE and all the odious apparatus of MUSLIM rule, we shall [ ] flag AND fail. We shall GIVE UP IN the end, we shall GIVE UP fight in France, we shall GIVE UP THE fight on the seas and oceans, we shall GIVE UP with WANING confidence and SLACKING strength in the air, we shall CEASE TO defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall CAVE on the beaches, we shall SLACK OFF on the landing grounds, we shall TURN TAIL in the fields and in the streets, we shall GIVE IN in the hills; we shall SURRENDER, and even if, which I DO NOT for a moment DOUBT, this Island or a large part of it were and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, DISARMED and UNGUARDED by the British Fleet, would JOIN US on the RETREAT, until, in SATAN’S good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to IN LIKE MANNER TO GIVE IN and FORGET ABOUT the liberation of the old.

I wish I could see the look on Tommy’s face. He must be one happy fella today. We sure are happy for him. His family must be over the moon to have him coming home again.

Under EU law Jury trials are a thing of the past.

Keith
Do you know for a fact that a jury trial was not available? It would explain why there were convictions . Any competent defence lawyer would recommend trial by jury as one would only need one dishonest Muslim on the jury to avoid conviction.

TERRY GAIN commented 4 mins ago.

When the Home Secretary goes under the name of Sajid Javid, anythig is possible.
commented 2018-08-01 09:38:21 -0400
Expect a re-trial for Tommy in about one month from now. Don’t want to spread doom and gloom but with Javid pulling the strings, anything can happen.
If May resigns, then Javid will likely be appointed as new PM. Source Sky News.
This, of course, will be the final nail in the coffin for the UK.

The coffin has not yet been constructed and won’t be unless the British lose the civil war which now seems inevitable. Sweden will fall before the rest of Europe. The best hope for Europe is for Sweden to fall fast.

Terry, it’s my understanding there were accused arriving with prison bags that day…verdict to be delivered by judge.
…….

Tammy. That is my belief as well but I have not been able to confirm it. By reference to anything in the MSM. If true, it puts the lie to those who claimed Tommy was obstructing justice and it places Judge Marson’s conduct in a terrible light. Thirteen months for an inconsequential technical breach of a court order (which should not have been made in the first place) is outrageous.

Does anyone know whether the case on which Tommy was reporting was a Judge alone trial and/or whether it was at the sentencing stage? In either case Robinson’s reporting, while perhaps a technical breach of a court order, would have had no effect upon the court proceedings. I have searched for an authoritative answer to these vital questions without success.

Mike Lavigne, well said.

Hey Tommy Tommy!

A complete and total rebuke of Judge Geoffrey Marson, Q.C..
commented 2018-08-01 07:59:45 -0400
What MIKE LAVIGNE said. That this would take place while a supposedly Conservative government is in power is a testament to the rot that is Britain today.

May et al are disgraces – every Party is at fault for not standing up for fundamental freedoms. They are all complicit in turning Britain into a stupid little country. And the British people can take a bow for letting it happen.

Now they need to fire Sajid Javid the home secretary and Theresa May for appointing him.

Good on You Tommy, and the power of the people.
commented 2018-08-01 07:12:56 -0400
It should be wonderful news but it’s so very sad that he spent even one day in prison. It’s like being excited that someone stopped beating their wife. God’s speed Sir Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon.
