The banner, which read besides the movement’s name and lambda symbol ‘Defend London Stop Islamisation’, is the latest in a string of Identitarian stunts across European cities, bringing attention to the anti-mass migration cause of the group.

The University of Hamburg has become Germany's first institute of higher education to set forth guidelines for religious practice on campus. A 10-member interdisciplinary commission drafted the guidelines.
The 'Code of Conduct for Religious Expression at Universität Hamburg' will 'govern the respectful and peaceful coexistence of different religious beliefs,' Dieter Lenzen, the university's president, said while presenting the 10-point paper last week.
Lenzen said an accumulation of incidents had led the university to draft the code. A preacher had publicly called for prayers in the corridors of the university. Male Muslims reportedly pressured some women to wear headscarves.

6. Metro Detroit doctors charged in historic health care fraud scheme
The U.S. Justice Department is calling an opioid prescription drug and health care fraud scheme the largest operation of its kind in United States history, and part of it is centered in Metro Detroit.
Officials have made 412 arrests nationwide, including 56 doctors and targeting 200 clinics. The Justice Department said those arrested are responsible for $1.3 billion in fraudulent transactions.
Federal officials said a group of Michigan doctors was responsible for a major chunk of the scheme.
Mashiyat Rashid is accused of being the ring leader in scamming Medicare for $164 million. Rashid had no problem displaying his significant wealth on Facebook, where pictures show him standing in front of a Bentley sedan and a corporate jet. He also has pictures of himself and a friend courtside at the NBA Finals. [...] Rashid is not a doctor, but the doctors named in the case are Joseph Betro, Spilios Pappas, Abdul Haq, Tariz Omar and Mohammad Zahoor.
7. Survivor says US troops were stalled by village elder before ambush
The four American special forces killed fighting in Niger were ambushed by 50 ISIS terrorists after they were stalled by a village elder, a survivor of the attack has revealed. [...] The meeting with the village, which is seen as supportive of ISIS, is a routine part of the Green Beret mission. But after the meeting, officials say village elders attempted to stall the troops from leaving.
The survivor, who has not been named, told ABC: 'Something was off'. Once they did leave, they were ambushed.
Militants attacked the Green Berets with rocket-propelled grenades and machine guns from military vehicles.
The solders dismounted from their vehicles and and began returning fire, but as it became clear they were outnumbered and outgunned, they got back in their trucks and retreated a mile before they were attacked again.
Officials say the Americans were trapped in a kill zone.

The two-year-old was found by police after they were called out to an apartment complex in Hamburg, Germany last night.
Local media say police officers broke down after seeing her lifeless body.
The mother is receiving treatment for shock at a hospital in the city. A second child was in the property but reported to be safe and unharmed.

Police have so far given no clues as to what triggered the violence.
