On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, I talked about how as the crisis grows in the days after the explosive Globe and Mail story about Jody Wilson-Raybould being fired as justice minister because she wouldn’t drop the criminal charges against SNC-Lavalin, Trudeau has started to fight back, essentially by calling her a liar.
If anything was wrong, it’s her fault, he explained.
Ironically, Trudeau made the comments about his “disappointment” in Wilson-Raybould, at an announcement about buses, and boy, did he throw “Jody” under the bus.
What a shame that “Jody” didn’t fit in with the boys.
Trudeau has assured Canadians that the government did its job, and you should just believe him.
By contrast, when Stephen Harper was Prime Minister, he waived his legal privileges when there were legal matters under his tenure.
Watch as I explain why he’s not going to waive solicitor/client privilege or let Wilson-Raybould off the hook so she can answer questions, because he wants to be able to speak for “little Jody.”
