Justin Trudeau likes to claim he’ll stand up for human rights anywhere, any time but it seems when it comes to Saudi Arabia, things get a little dicey.
Whether it’s proceeding with signing off on export permits allowing the Saudis to buy a fleet of light armoured vehicles from a Canadian plant, or not denouncing their appointment to the UN Commission on the Status of Women or just generally turning a blind eye to human rights abuses, Trudeau seems determined to stay in their good books.
Watch as I show you a few examples and share with you some newly released documents we obtained through Access to Information that explain why they won’t be doing anything concrete when it comes to Saudi Arabia.
Trudeau likes to talk a good game about being a feminist and caring about human rights, but he doesn’t actually do much.
But even worse than doing nothing, the Trudeau Liberals are actually bowing and apologizing about Canada’s human rights record in front of the Saudis.
Give me a break.
Canada’s behaviour on this front is a joke, it is a disgrace, but it proves once again what I have been saying for a long time, Trudeau is a fake feminist.
