Trudeau's "draconian" gun registry must be repealed | Sheldon Clare

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, guest-host David Menzies discussed the Liberal's new gun legislation with Sheldon Clare, President of the National Firearms Association.

Sheldon explains that after weeks of negative press, beginning with Trudeau's humiliating India trip, the Liberal's are attempting a "bait and switch" maneuver to distract voters and undo progress made by the Harper government.

The legislation sets up what is a defacto gun registry, paid for by the private sector, but it does nothing to prevent actual gun crimes committed by gangbangers and drug runners using illegally acquired weapons.

WATCH David's interview with Sheldon to see why it's imperative that the next federal government repeal this harmful legislation.

Stay away from my guns u ignorant bleeding heart liberal morons. I should add liars to your description as Trudeau lies thru his forked tongue when justifying his new gun control rules. Just so u all know I have Never bought a firearm without having to show my pal (gun licence). Also with Trudeau letting all these isis fighters back into our country and then awarding them with millions of our tax dollars, get ready for a fight. They will not follow your liberal gun rules when they arm themselves, and if they come onto my farm to harm my family I will Not call the RCMP for protection.

Funny how the left wants to criminalize law abiding gun owners while they let terrorist , rapists, and pedophiles cross the border freely and want criminals out of jail to keep victimizing innocents. The missing and murdered Aboriginal women are a prime example of that lunacy.

Andrew there already are many safeguards. So they can control the illegal element or shut the hell up.

Andrew i agree but guns do not qualify in that regard. Now tell me when they will keep track of knives.

Actions of a tyrannical government completely out of control. Trudeau is imposing his will like the country is his own home .As long as you are in my country you will follow the rules I set forth.
Dictatorial bastard.
Yes we do live in a banana republic run by a child .

Because it’s totally unreasonable for the government to keep track of a piece of equipment with a disproportionately high rate of injury and death associated with it?”

Now cellphones on the other hand…..

Smoke and mirrors is all this government is about.

Andrew Stephenson,
the answer is YES its unreasonable to track and record everyone with a hunting rifle. Those that have restricted firearms are tracked and the firearm is registered in your name. This “equipment” that you refer to from law abiding citizens isn’t the REAL issue, the real problem is criminals and gangs that our current “government” isn’t doing anything about at all…….its all smoke and mirrors for people like you.
Those of us that are law abiding citizens and firearms owners already are jumping through hoops to be able to have one, we are vetted every day since our names continually run through the rcmp system.
All this talk from different people and “journalists” about this subject of which they nothing about…….they should all have to go through the course to get their PAL to see what its like and then comment on it.
FYI – vehicles have a higher death rate in this country than firearms and yet they still hand out a DL like you won it in a crackerjack box……and we all see how many shitty drivers are out their, texting while driving, drinking and driving, failing to signal, brake checking, running red lights, driving without a licence, no insurance……etc etc

Im tired of hearing about this topic from those that don’t know

Andrew, your statement that firearms have a disproportionally high rate of injury and death is completely false. You are far more likely to be injured or killed by a knife, blunt instrument or simple physical assault than a firearm.

Take away our firearms and change voting protocol and procedures to that of a banana republic.!! WTF is going to happen next.!!

Trudeau labels Hunters and Farmers as dangerous & promises more stringent background checks for law abiding Canadians who want to renew their PAL, while Trudeau’s beloved migrants are fast tracked with minimal vetting. Trudeau, Goodale, and the Libranos are the clear and present danger to real Canadians.
