Trudeau's migrant policy drives housing prices up and wages down

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, I reported on Liberal Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen announcing that one million new migrants will be brought to Canada over the next three years.

Soon after Hussen's announcement, Justin Trudeau unveiled his plan to spend $40 billion to "ease" housing prices.

There are already 530,000 vulnerable Canadians in housing poverty, Trudeau's plan to bring in a million poor migrants is only going to make things worse.

Most of these migrants are going to settle in Toronto and Vancouver, where rent is already unaffordable to most Canadians, increasing the demand for and cost of low-income housing even more.

The increased supply of low-skill low-wage migrant workers will also drive down wages for entry-level jobs. Further compounding the economic challenges Canadians already face.

Trudeau say's he's for the working class, but his immigration and housing policies prove otherwise.

Check out the American economic growth in just one year of getting out of the way business and commerce as well as lower taxes. Also, Trump got out of ruinous climate deals that extend in some cases over 80 years into the future. Trudeau take note-If you really want to help the middle class , that’s the way to do it.

“…The increased supply of low-skill low-wage migrant workers will also drive down wages for entry-level jobs. Further compounding the economic challenges Canadians already face. …”

The largest percentage of the Liberals’ voter base [the Public Sector] will have their yearly increases that exceed the cost of inflation and their jobs are secure no matter the circumstances so no worry for them. Liberals have NEVER given a care about the private working sector be they poor or middle class – they merely claim they do!! A proof is a proof as that Libtard Chrétien used to say.

“I don’t know. A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It’s a proof. A proof is a proof, and when you have a good proof, it’s because it’s proven.”
― Jean Chrétien

Private sector workers earn less, work more: report
“…The report, which compares employee compensation in the private and public sectors found that, when salaries, benefits and working hours are factored in, a private sector employee makes up to $8,150 less per year, and works up to six hours more each week, compared to someone doing the same job for the government. … If government workers were paid at the same rate as their private sector counterparts, Canadian taxpayers would save up to $20 billion a year, according to the report.”

It’s called Balcanization and it is exactly what the quilling Trudeau and his globalist masters want. We are all going to be victims of this madness.

By the way, Ezra. There will no “competition for housing.” The government’s new favoured class will get first dibs.

Housing, and other facilities, are not just consumed by legal immigrants (the magical number of 1 million is for legal immigrants only) there are over half a million Students, TFW’s & illegals/refugees coming to Canada each year they all need housing & use other public facilities.
According to several educated estimates the total number of people entering Canada on long term/permanent basis is around 1 million per year. Look at all the metro cities, in the past 1 decade how crowded they’ve become, the landscape changes overnight, you feel like a stranger in your own city.

The only common sense solution to housing and most of our other troubles, like high taxes, unemployment & crime, in canada is complete moratorium on immigration for at least 10 years. In those 10 years get rid of all freeloaders, fairweather Canadians & foreign criminals/terrorists.
After 10 years bring a referendum let Citizens of Canada, and not some globalist or a foreigner/refugee disguised as canadian, decide:
1. If they want any foreigners (especially from alien & incompatible cultures) in their country as immigrants.
2. The source country & culture of immigrants is very important to discuss.
3. The number of immigrants to be allowed.
4. If Canadian decide to allow immigration at all then after how many years it should be repeated: 5 or 10 years. (This will give the new arrivals time to assimilate into our culture & will also give us Canadians enough time to absorb & understand them also it’ll give municipalities much needed time to plan their cities accordingly before going through the process again).

Right now, for the last 40 years, our immigration policy is a disaster not only for Canada & its society but also for many of the immigrants who came here to adapt to canadian way of live & values. Not to get stuck into the same quagmire they left behind. This policy is good only for globalists, corporations, criminals and freeloader/immigrants of convenience.

As I mentioned in one of my earlier post; people from retrogressive & failed cultures will only bring regression & failure to Canada. No matter how they enter; skilled labour, entrepreneur, family reunification, student, TFW, refugee without proper assimilation their only contribution to Canada would be to turn it into the same hell hole they crawled out from.

No kidding. This is the truth but you are a a racist and a bigot if you point out the inevitable outcome of Liberal policies.

This trust fund baby maggot ( Mohammad Trudeau ) has never had to buy a house as everything has been handed to the Laurentian brat on a silver spoon his whole life. He is the out of touch elite personified. He and his Islamic terrorist Cabinet are at war with Canada. They have nothing but contempt for Canadians and their struggles to make ends meet. They are the most treasonous swine imaginable.

I have just finished commenting on the Tommy Robinson show. My comment there included the statement, ‘Sir Winston Churchill was right “Muslims are the scum of the earth”. I wish to modify Sir Winston’s words’, They should now read “Muslims and Justin Trudeau, are the Scum of the Earth”.

Last year a report came out that rated Vancouver the second most expensive city in the world for real estate and rentals. It noted that even some doctors could not afford to live in Vancouver; they had to commute in from the suburbs. Into this mix Trudeau brings in thousands of Syrians, all expenses generously covered by Trudeau … sorry, the taxpayer. Vancouver homeless community be damned: no good selfies or photo ops or feel-good narrative for our clueless celebrity Prime Minister.

Indeed it is. PET removed property rights in the Constitution. Can confiscation be far behind?
