Trump digs coal and that’s bad news for Kathleen Wynne

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

Donald Trump digs coal. He fulfilled his campaign promises to coal country and repealed Obama's last minute regulatory attack on the embattled industry.

This is fantastic news for coal producing states.

But the good news is bigger than that. By repealing these regulations, Trump is doing more than saving thousands of coal miners from the unemployment line.

Trump is keeping his word to bring American manufacturing back to the rust belt.

Coal is needed for manufacturing, but coal isn't just an input in steel. Cheap electricity is what fuels the manufacturing sector. Ending the war on coal isn’t just good news for small towns in West Virginia and Kentucky, it spells hope for Pittsburgh and Detroit.

And that’s bad news for Kathleen Wynne.

Wynne’s oppressive campaign to phase out coal has all but killed the manufacturing sector in Ontario.

High industrial electricity rates have contributed to the loss of 300,000 Ontario jobs and now we can be sure, those jobs are never coming back as long as Wynne is around.

If you had a factory to build, where would you build it? Donald Trump’s Michigan or Wynne’s Ontario?

Just wanted to mention Canada has a coal seam that spans three provinces. it is very good quality.
They say enough for three hundred years. Nutly is stopping coal fired power plants here in Alberta putting a lot of people out of work. Our electrical rates will climb like Ontario,s. Between the carbon tax, government forcing its way on to farms and shutting down coal fired power plants and comments like walk or ride a bike the NDP will never be reelected.

Seems like Wynne’s Ontario is on track to be like one of the old time Soviet Socialist Republics.
