Trump's first year victories fulfill campaign promises

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, I reported on President Trump's progress one year after his stunning upset win over Hillary Clinton.

Despite the claims of Democrats and the Media Party, Trump is keeping key promises he made on the campaign trail.

For many Trump supporters, the Supreme Court was their foremost concern. The nomination of Neil Gorsuch will ensure constitutionalists will have an ally for decades who will defend their rights, including the second amendment.

Progress is being made on designs for a wall along the Mexican border, Trump made stopping illegal immigration and the flow of drugs the centerpiece of his campaign. Chants of "build that wall" could be heard at Trump rallies across America, Trump cannot win re-election if it doesn't happen.

ISIS is collapsing on all fronts with their loss of major cities like Raqqa and Mosul, a process expedited by Trump taking a stronger military stance than Obama.

WATCH my video to see why I think Americans dodged a bullet when they didn't elect Hillary Clinton.

Sam Gautama;

“Lots of billionaires and millionaires. Strong social safety net. Incredible entrepreneurship. Multicultural society.”

That is true only if you are in the globalist/liberalist scum bag click…..

DREW WAKARIUK. I don’t think you have a clue what Communism or Socialism are. Canada is a socialist democratic state..oooh so scary. Free healthcare. Exceptional education system. Lots of billionaires and millionaires. Strong social safety net. Incredible entrepreneurship. Multicultural society. Extremely little gun violence. Robust democracy and ethical oversight. Everything the average American is dying for while dodging each others bullets…bullets being heartless Republican Bills, massive inequity, and of course downright mass shooting murder.
So socialism in Canada is pretty ok…

METTE REED Actually N. Korea may be dangerous, but only if you poke them. They have developed the weapons they have to protect themselves…and lets be real here it is the ruling elite in the country who are at fault here..the citizens are caught in a terror state against their will. But the N. Korean state is only posturing as dangerous for defense purposes. They are not interested in expansion and so actually aren’t a threat unless we provoke them and make them think we are going to attack..then it first puts the South Korean’s at immense risk. So Trump’s rhetoric is poking at them…if he ignored them, they’ll just maintain their cruel state and not be a problem. Oh and you know they go their weapons as legitimately as Israel,Pakistan, India, and like Russia did. So let them sit at the table..they earned a spot.

WANDA ORION hope you are right. I truly do. Because if I am, God help us.

Sam G, I agree that Trump’s sabre rattling makes many of us uneasy at the possibility that it might provoke something from which there’s no going back. However we’d have to look long and hard to find an American president who didn’t engage in brinksmanship or charge off on military adventures that, in hindsight, appear to have been undertaken for dubious reasons and netted dubious results. Even Obama had his “red line” moment and the two Bushes are, arguably, responsible for lighting fires that have destabilized the world and our security far beyond anything that Trump has done so far. It’s hard to know with Trump whether he’s just popping off with whatever comes into his head in the moment or whether there’s some plan behind it, whether his approach to the North Korean dictator is inching us closer to nuclear holocaust or reigning in the weaker bully. We can only hope it’s the latter.

As for destructive, ignorant, self-indulgent golfers go, most of our institutions are now run by people who fit that description (whether they golf or amuse themselves in other ways).

Sam Gautama Trump is not doing Putins bidding, and Bernie is a damn commie, that is not for the peoples best interests.

I think Trump is doing a great job. North Korea is and has been a bully and the way Donald Trump has handled them is exactly what they need. Bullies need someone to stand up to them or they will continue to bully. That’s why they’ve gotten away with it thus far. North Korea’s leader is the wacko not Trump. It is them that poses a threat not Trump.

WANDA ORION – Ok that was a reasonable response to my statement Wanda thank you for being articulate and debatable instead of trollish and yes I actually agree with you that the sociological undercurrent that caused many to vote for him was clearly the fuck it vote…both parties demonstrate corruption and it is a swamp that needs overhauling….but the problem is he is extremely destructive and unstable, extremely ignorant of geopolitical realities and isn’t actually interested in the issues at all. Just look at his lebvel of detail in the bills he proposes , he can hardly answer a single question about the details. He continually demonstrates ignorance -it is easy to see, but very hard to watch. It is not acceptable for the President of the United States to make a fool of himself everywhere he goes. It should not be acceptable to anyone that a malignant narcissist has the ability to destroy human civilization with a wrongly timed tweet. We have come very close already with his war or tweets with N. Korea. You don’t hire a destructive ignorant self indulgent golfer to antagonize a murderous regime with nuclear weapons – that is just beyond stupid. And the Russia thing…how obvious does it have to be that they tipped the election in his favour – I don’t see why Republican’s, why the Grand Ol’ Party of Lincoln could even tolerate the wisp of foreign interference, especially Russian interference in your democracy. It just appears they set it aside so they can pass draconian legislation for their corporate backers while they have a chance and meanwhile allow Trump to act as the clown and tear down the institutions of your 200 years old experiment in democracy by the people for the people. I just what people? The very people who voted for him are going to be the loosers. I just can not fathom how anyone with any intelligence whatsoever can accept the word of a consistent liar…As George Bush so eloquently did not put it, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me…well Trump is up there fooling his supporters everyday. Look at the way he just threw Gillespie under the bus…whose back do you think he has. Like I say, I am not promoting Hillary at all, but of course a much better disrupter would have been least he was focused on helping the average American and not trying to line the pockets of corporate backers and doing Putin’s bidding.

A clarification..he did not say that celebrities could get away with grabbing pussy, he said he is a celebrity so he could get away with it and does. You are trying to cover for him..think about it

GEORGE DYER – Trump has threatened N. Korea with nuclear war. He has threatened to wipe them off the map. That kind of rhetoric brings us closer to doing it..and by the way its the US who are the only country to use nukes to kill people. I am not defending N.Korea but threatening them like an idiot cowboy is not going to help.
As far as the sexual predator issue goes he has had numerous wopmen come forward, but it is suppressed because he’s the President.
Also he admitted to grabbing themm by the pussy it in the bus with Billy Bush – I am not a sexual predator and I have never ever spoken about women like that…that is a degrading misogynist attitude to women. His former wife even accused him of rape in her biography. Where there is smoke man there is fire..why do you defend instead of look for the truth. Do you just accept the word of a liar? He has no credibility in his speech because we all watch him lie and lie over and over…so yet you believe him – is that because you have no moral fibre? And if that’s the case I won’t dialogue wit you because you are lost. This has nothing to do with policy; but everything to do with the integrity of the office and the democracy.
commented 2017-11-10 17:31:36 -0500
Well GEORGE DYER great leaders don’t attack everyone for criticism. That’s just behavior based on his malignant narcissism.
Narcissists suffer from narcissistic personality disorder and it is defined in the fifth edition of the DSM (DMS-5). Narcissists are characterized by a pervasive pattern of grandiosity (EVERYTHING IS GREAT, BEST EVER) (either in fantasy or in behavior), a constant need for admiration(EVERYTHING IS ABOUT HIM) and a lack of empathy (HE’S WILLING TO KILL MILLIONS OF NORTH KOREANS BECAUSE HE DOESN’T UNDERSTAND INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMACY).
How many of these traits does he show?
A grandiose sense of self-importance
A preoccupation with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
A belief that he or she is special and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people or institutions
A need for excessive admiration
A sense of entitlement
Interpersonally exploitive behavior
A lack of empathy
Envy of others or a belief that others are envious of him or her
A demonstration of arrogant and haughty behaviors or attitudes

- Obamacare is very much alive, despite GOP bluster to the contrary. Your use of past tense is disingenuous.

- The fall of ISIS began with military measures several years ago. They’ve been on the wane for three years.

- Illegal migration is as much a function of improving economic prospects in Mexico as anything esle. Those Mexican car factories do more to keep Mexicans in Mexico than any wall could (esp. since most illegals cross legally and overstay)

- The economy was booming before Trump. The all-time low for unemployment was in 1944, at 1.2% thanks to the war.

- CNN reported its best ratings in history in 17Q3 If anything reporting on Trump’s escapades has actually saved them. WaPo’s online readership has doubled since 2014.

To the best of our knowledge Donald Trump has never sexually assaulted anyone, ever. If you posses evidence to the contrary you should pass that information on to the police. If you are withholding such evidence then you are complicit in the crime of sexual assault. If you have no such evidence you should either stop libelling or “lawyer up”.

And what’s all this talk about nuclear war? Trump wasn’t even president when the U.S. defeated Japan.
commented 2017-11-10 10:05:12 -0500
Donald Trump has been quoted a gijillian times for pointing out (many years ago) that a celebrity can grab a woman’s pussy and get away with it. He was recorded saying it in a private conversation with another male, over a decade ago, that was secretly and illegally recorded.
I contend that true feminists owe Trump a thank-you for that. He makes it clear pointing out how some sad, needy people will lose what’s left of their own self respect when given the opportunity to ingratiate themselves with a celebrity or star.
The silliness that many doe-eyed, women have such low self esteem, especially the really stupid ones who put their idols on pedestals for superficial reasons, that they would permit themselves to be horribly abused like that.
Sadly, here in Canada, too many silly women of voting age actually did behave like that resulting in an empty-headed, fascist, supposedly good-looking “celebrity” nincompoop being elected as prime minister.

I’ve only been really paying attention to (now president) Trump since he announced his intention to run for election. Contrary to the mainstream media’s characterization of his tweets, in all that time, I’ve never once seen him draw first blood or attack anyone, but I’ve always seen him defend either himself, his family or his country from attacks. This is exactly one of the qualities that I admire him for, and for which I would look and expect to find in the great leader of a great nation.

Wanta Orion, great comments. Very objective, very insightful, very well articulated.

OK Sam you don’t like Trump. Got it. Full disclosure: Much about him makes me uneasy. He reminds me of a boss I once had, and disliked. That said, I think he’s fascinating in the sense that he’s a disrupter part of an era-shift that many have predicted and which is now upon us, and disrupters are always baffling, often scary, often ridiculed, but inevitable. Their role is not to create what will come next but to sufficiently shake up the ground so that others may emerge who will take things in new directions. These may be good or they may be bad – it depends on who takes advantage of the opportunities that the shaking ground creates. A lot of time seems to be spent analyzing what makes us nervous about him and not nearly enough time is spent understanding why he was elected. The answers, I don’t think, lie in the simplistic “people are stupid/bigots/dupes/etc” explanations that his detractors have been chewing over. Even less time is spent reflecting on the opportunities that the shaking ground provides for those who recognize this as a time of opportunity. Chaos is a ladder. It’s no coincidence that this phrase has recently slipped into popular usage.

One of the most insightful explanations I’ve heard as to what propelled Trump to the presidency came from Bill Clinton: It was the “fuck it” vote. “Fuck it” is what happens when large numbers of people are so fed up with the existing order that they decide to take a flyer on a disrupter, because he’s a disrupter. To understand what’s behind this you really have to plunge into the online communities of alienated people who have lost all interest and faith in the establishment’s elites. Do so without judging or indulging your emotions. The internet has had a lot more impact than most of us can fathom. Think of Trump as a meme with his middle finger out to whichever branch of the elite you’re fed up with. It’s really interesting but that’s it in its simplest form. Maybe he doesn’t mean it. Possibly he doesn’t because, well, he’s kind of from the elite but the fact that he’s doing it is what makes him so appealing because that’s what a lot of people want to do but no one will notice them. Trump gets noticed. There’s some sort of empowerment in that. It’s complicated and simple at the same time. Think about it.
commented 2017-11-10 03:47:35 -0500
I am no fan of Hillary or Bill or the democrats who screwed up badly. But no matter what you deluded partisans proselytize, the fact remains that your President is a disgusting self confessed sexual predator, an obvious liar whose been shown to lie time and time again and something you can not dispute.,
He has been labelled a malignant narcissist by psychiatric professionals and the evidence is crystal clear for those who actual pay attention to his behaviour and have a modicum of intelligence that they can apply objectively.
You are giving a pass to this fundamentally disturbed person who has threatened to kill millions of people in a nuclear war and brought us to the brink already. These North Korean citizens are millions of innocent people enslaved by a brutal dictatorship and who would like nothing more than to be free of their dictator, and death isn’t the option they prefer. So do you support killing them?
The man can’t string two sentences together without contradicting himself, he’s just flip flopped on China because he didn’t know what he was talking about previously, he isn’t getting the Mexicans to pay for the wall but now expects the US taxpayers to foot the bill. He demonstrates profound ignorance of geopolitical realities..I mean for God’s sake he told the Japanese to build cars in the US when they’ve been building millions of cars in the US for 30 years – that’s soooo uninformed for a President..OMG that’s what you are supporting?
He demonstrates he is an uninterested self indulgent narcissist who thinks he doesn’t have to read or take briefings or pay attention, one day he poking his head saying he’s got the best memory in the world and the next day he’s saying he can’t remember the meeting or its content with Popadopolous- what’s wrong with you patriots that you would put your country in the hands of someone who lies to you over and over again. I don’t understand why you believe a known and so obvious doesn’t make sense.
His tweeting is absolutely inane and makes the office of the President a joke.
Then there is Russia. If you are such an American patriot then you are doing a disservice to your values and your country if you don’t want to get to the bottom of the Russian collusion issue to find out the truth. Shame on you. Why don’t you want to find out the truth? Why do so many people surrounding trump lie about their meetings with Russia if they are innocent…why? Please tell me. Why? And if the Russians are interfering and you don’t care.. you are then what? Do you salute your flag? If you do..what exactly are you saluting the fabric or the values of your democracy?
Standing on the sidelines letting a foreign power degrade your democracy because you are so blinded by your partisanship and hatred of “liberals” that you have fallen into Putin’s absolutely brilliant divide and conquor strategy is not patriotism. Patriotism is to find out the truth, not just what you are told by liars. Just look at the comments from the Russian trolls on this site.
Have you ever asked yourself what the Russians would get from a trump administration that would make it worthwhile to have done this? Maybe a degraded State Department which frees the Russians from prying US eyes around the world freeing them up to do their nefarious deeds and make deals without the US knowing because there are no competent diplomats around to keep and eye on them…that’s a big part of the role of the state department and Tillerson and Trumphave decimate the state department. Why?
And if I were Putin I’d want the US to be in Chaos and fighting internally as much as possible so they don’t pay attention externally…and man is that working. And that’s his payoff and for the trumper conspirators they can raid the treasury hence the tax bill which puts 100s of millions into the pockets of trump and his crony billionaire buddies and will deeply impoverish the poor in your country. They will also deregulate the financial industry so their cronnies can suck up more wealth, they’ll deregulate environmental protections to free business for unbridled destructive and profitable exploitation.
Republicans have tossed out the idea of delaying elections (in a democracy that is super dangerous). Why is it patriots don’t seem to respect the need for an independent press which keeps its eye on those in power to inform the public about what their government is doing. They inform you. The first task of a wanna be dictator is to obfuscate the truth so people don’t know what to believe…fake new is that strategy. And there is so much more in this to see, but I doubt you so called patriots will spend even 5 minutes thinking about ti because Putin has got you and is seriously fucking with your country…you bunch of pussies.
I am not a supporter of Hillary and think the democrats are also fucked up and on the wrong road -forget the partisanship and look to the security of your 200 year old democratic experiment in government for the people by the people and defend the principles of democracy because you are loosing them extremely fast and sliding into a fascist dictatorship.
Or don’t and just live in your self deluded bubble until the jack boots arrive.. go on…

The fall of ISIS began with Trump cutting off their payroll…the rate of desertion was so rapid that military efforts became easy.

Illegal immigration is the lowest in decades. It might prove to be unnecessary to even build the wal now that it has been made clear that you WILL be rounded up and sent back .

Unemployment is at an all time low…the economy is booming….the intigues of the Moslem Brotherhood have been defunded and are no longer supported.

Some measure of sanity has returned and the MSM are on their way to bankruptcy and reform into reality.
