Two "Mohameds" shoot up a Calgary bar, and NO ONE in the Media Party says the word "terrorism"

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Late Saturday night in Calgary, Canada, two Muslim men, Mohamed Salad and Mohamed Elmi, drove up to a bar. One of the Mohameds walked up to the door and shot in.

A 38-year old man inside the bar was hit by the bullet and was rushed to the hospital.

Bouncers and police subdued the shooter. Then another thug got out of the car, and tries to pull his friend away from the bouncers until police tackle him too.

So two Mohameds are charged with attempted murder and firearms offences.

How did this story get covered in the mainstream media?

I'll show you the front page of the newspaper of record in Calgary today. Big story about Leonardo DiCaprio at the top. Their main story is about traffic court. Seriously.

If you look on the left hand side of the page, you can see a microscopic mention: “Bouncers tackle gunman at Beltline night club." That’s it.

If you go to the story inside the newspaper, you have to read all the way down to the 25th paragraph before you get to the name of the accused — the two Mohameds.

I examined literally 15 news stories — CBC, CTV, Canadian Press, etc., on this, and not one of them mentioned the word terrorism, even though the police said it was a possibility.

To me, that’s the really scary news out of Calgary. Not that two Mohameds shot up a bar. But that every journalist in the country did their level best to avoid talking about terrorism.

But if you print a picture of a “prophet” it’s a hate crime?

There are so many things that I would like people to consider. First, what is “Canada” if not a collection of immigrants? Second, consider the hypocrisy about how “Canada” killed and abused the original or native peoples, which is well documented at least until the 1960’s. Third, do some real research and discover that there is far more evidence that mainstream history is re-written by the victors and there is far more evidence that historical events were planned and manipulated far in advance instead of things happening by accident. Fourth, throughout history the masses have always been controlled and manipulated by a small number at the top of the pyramid. Fifth, if two wrongs do not make a right, then certainly more than two wrong opinions and an apathetic world where now anything goes do not make a right. Sixth, while Canada is relatively much better off in terms of conflicts compared to most other countries, that does not mean it is even close to perfect. Seventh, I came to Canada as an immigrant in 1968 when I was six years old and I’ve been observing a world that has gradually continued to deteriorate morally, economically, environmentally and every other way you can think of. Eighth, as other commentators have correctly pointed out, multiculturalism and the “Melting pot” ideas have failed miserably in both Canada and the United States of America. Ninth, man-made religions, of which there are as many as 50,000, have only divided people. Tenth, all you have to do is read and open your eyes and ears to see that the Roman Catholic cult, Vatican, Pope and its Jesuit minions are now trying to unite the world under the United Nations and a One World Order with one religion, one currency and one world government, army, etc. So, speculating about the motives of two guys who happen to have foreign names is just falling into the trap of stoking the fire of division. Finally, after much study and contemplation over the past 9 years I became a Christian believer (no denomination) and I believe in God’s Ten Commandments, which also includes, “Thou shalt not kill”. But, in the nonsensical world we live in many people try to philosophize and reason with much flawed man-made logic so that killing each other is wrongly being justified by so many people in so many ways, when killing is just wrong, period. I truly do understand why this secular world needs to end and I look forward to the end, but not in any kind of forceful, military or terrorist way, which, unfortunately, is the way of the secular world. Too bad and so sad. Throughout the history of mankind there have been perpetual wars and nothing is different today. Mankind just cannot figure out how to get along. Humanitarianism is not the answer either since man has never ever fixed any man-made problems. It is all very sad to watch and experience.

If the media is covering up now, what will they do when they will know for sure it is terrorism? Will they ever tell us?
But it doesn’t really matter.
Look, if it was gang related the shooter would have picked a specific person or persons and not just shooting random at anybody. And when muslims shoot randomly at anybody they are terrorists. If you can’t believe me read the news from Israel.

I wonder if these guy’s facebook page has been scrubbed yet.

According to Robert Spencer, the two MOEs were only charged with:

Mohamed Elmi, 31, and Mohamed Salad, 29, both of Calgary, each face the following charges:

Discharge firearm with intent to endanger life
Unauthorized possession of a firearm
Unauthorized possession of a firearm in a vehicle
Possession of firearm with altered or defaced serial number
Aggravated assault
Pointing a firearm

NADA ABOUT, SAY, “ATTEMPTED MURDER,” OR EVENRECKLESS ENDANGERMENT,” MUCH LESSTERRORISM!”

regardless of whether it was terrorism or gang violence, the Mo’s should get at least 10 years in prison and then deported, no appeal, no excuses

Meanwhile Vancouver experienced the crime of the century with the PM inveighing against selective pepper spraying. “This is not our Canada”. Someone shot in a pub matters less to him, perfectly in keeping with Canada when Mohamed does it.
commented 2016-01-11 21:53:15 -0500
BTW, I don’t think those other Mooslims were even pepper-sprayed. Wasn’t the pepper spray just sent in their direction from a passing cyclist?

Liberal cowards in the media think that if they don’t say the words, they won’t be attacked. Like Voldemort.
commented 2016-01-11 21:37:01 -0500
To even mention the word “terrorist” or "terrorism’ would contradict the Liberal narrative. We can expect more of this in the future. These to Mo’s were unlucky that there were bouncers. The next ones will be more selective, maybe a bingo hall or an auction or a ball game. Then what will the media and their Liberal masters say?
commented 2016-01-11 21:26:21 -0500
They were on their way to the Muslim bingo hall, where they were raising money to help underprivileged children and women, when suddenly they found themselves at the night club by taking a wrong turn. They got out to ask for directions, tripped, fell on a handgun that was just laying there, and it went off several times like it had a mind of its own. Clearly the gun is at fault, and these fine upstanding and innocent men are victims themselves. Can’t you see that? I’m sure the CBC will make sure that this story of victim-hood gets told over and over again!
commented 2016-01-11 20:54:48 -0500
Is it just me or is it worse to be shot by a gun or be sprayed by pepper spray? the media party seems to think pepper spray is worse.
commented 2016-01-11 20:53:33 -0500
Catharine good point, that story was up front and got the attention of the idiotic PM of course, suddenly there is little to see with this incident , unless they wore crucifixes then it would be their main motivation to the media party.

J Kay no problem, Sh*t happens.
commented 2016-01-11 20:22:54 -0500
Ezra, are you able to dig deeper into this story? Such as, do you have any contacts in Calgary (particularly within the Calgary Police), or any other way, of discovering what either of the these men themselves may have had to say (regarding their reasons) for committing this shooting? I realize that it just occurred very recently, so patience is a must. Still I look forward to any more discoveries and reports on this story, especially on any omissions, or failure to further report, from mainstream media. Thanks.

Not only that, but while an anonymous cyclist in a hoodie who sprayed pepperspray at some refugees in Vancouver was given Extensive coverage on national News, police said it would be investigated as a hate crime and even the PM weighed in, with the predictable ’This is not who we are" – the shooting by the two Mohammeds was not deemed worthy of national coverage by CTV or CBC, both of whom carried it locally, the police certainly did not say it would be investigated as a hate crime or terrorism and the PM had no comments!

No as of yet we don’t know what the deal is with these guys but speaking of Somalis, until recently I was managing a motel in Grande Prairie and these guys were just starting to become a huge problem. Even the cops were scared of them. As far as I know most of them adhere to some form of Islam but I saw a lot more drinking and pot smoking than praying. They would go into liquor stores in gangs, raid the place and just walk away. They carried machetes, caused fights, and were extremely rude. They like to take the white girls out of town and gang rape them. Completely lacking in any morals. Not sure whose idea it was to bring them here but they aren’t fitting in very well.

The Calgary Herald isn’t worth reading! They are so left wing that most articles are repulsive due to the extreme left bias in 99% of their fairy tales.

“Levant jumps the gun again, grasping for a conclusion that will appeal to his moronic masses …”

Tsk tsk such a rant. Isn’t it rather interesting that the left continually attack Ezra and conservatives when it was none other than Pierre Trudeau that started the mess that Canada is now facing? Some sheeple simply refuse to become enlightened and learn about Canadian history.

“Immigration : The Destruction Of English Canada” which was written by journalist Doug Collins in 1979. It is an incisive, well-documented account of a massive immigration policy change which began in 1968 when Pierre Trudeau and his Liberals were first elected. Up to that time, the UK and Europe were the main sources of the immigrants Canada accepted. Trudeau and his gov’t wanted to make the Third World the main source. Trudeau’s gov’t achieved this within a few years of taking power. … In his book, he focuses on the effects of Canadian immigration policy from 1967 to 1979 mainly on English Canada. His major point is that the changes in immigration intake were intended to destroy English Canada. … Trudeau has not been alone. The powerful small–l Liberal establishment has been busy too. Comprising much of the media, academics, and many of the churches, it holds as an article of faith that Canada has no right to a national identity.”

“On 21 December, 1965, the United Nations International Convention on All Forms of Racial Discrimination was opened for signature. Both Australia and Canada were signatories. Few people in either country would have been aware of this, and most of those that were, would have been little suspecting that such a seemingly innocuous act would be conducive to the radical alteration of the destinies of both countries.”

Britain is slowly waking up:
The failure of multiculturalism:

Drew Wakariuk, In my post below, I mean that other media sites mentioned the shooting, not that they said it was terrorist-related. Sorry if that was confusing.

Drew Wakariuk, Please read Ezra’s headline, "NO ONE in the Media Party says the word “terrorism.”

That’s what I was commenting on. CBC, Global TV, Western newspapers and many alternate sites mentioned it. So, some media outlets did mention it. And if it turns out to be terrorism, hopefully the rest will. If not, then Rebel Media can kick up a justified stink.

Kelvin Grabowsky, I know how annoyed I get with the MSM when they cover up facts or fail to provide them at all. For example, Rabble.ca, a feminist website tries not to publish negative news on Muslims and only after several days, posted a link to Al Jezeera on the Cologne attacks. Some years ago, when the Shafias murdered wife #1 plus three daughters, Rabble called it domestic violence, not honour killing. We come to Rebel Media to get the correct story and sometime this can’t happen instantly.

No wonder people like Yannie/Gordo are so brainwashed they only listen to what their lying liberal media says and they put words in Ezras mouth then denounce him for the slight they made up.

Yannie or should i say Gordon, what is Ezra lying about or misjudging? Please enlighten us you halfwit.
J Kay Ezras point was about the medias ignoring this and putting it back of where it should be.
