Two "Mohameds" shoot up a Calgary bar, and NO ONE in the Media Party says the word "terrorism"

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Late Saturday night in Calgary, Canada, two Muslim men, Mohamed Salad and Mohamed Elmi, drove up to a bar. One of the Mohameds walked up to the door and shot in.

A 38-year old man inside the bar was hit by the bullet and was rushed to the hospital.

Bouncers and police subdued the shooter. Then another thug got out of the car, and tries to pull his friend away from the bouncers until police tackle him too.

So two Mohameds are charged with attempted murder and firearms offences.

How did this story get covered in the mainstream media?

I'll show you the front page of the newspaper of record in Calgary today. Big story about Leonardo DiCaprio at the top. Their main story is about traffic court. Seriously.

If you look on the left hand side of the page, you can see a microscopic mention: “Bouncers tackle gunman at Beltline night club." That’s it.

If you go to the story inside the newspaper, you have to read all the way down to the 25th paragraph before you get to the name of the accused — the two Mohameds.

I examined literally 15 news stories — CBC, CTV, Canadian Press, etc., on this, and not one of them mentioned the word terrorism, even though the police said it was a possibility.

To me, that’s the really scary news out of Calgary. Not that two Mohameds shot up a bar. But that every journalist in the country did their level best to avoid talking about terrorism.

J Kay, I agree with you, and it’s hard to draw any conclusion when the media doesn’t want to report on what happens in the cow town especially when it comes to the somolian gangs. Gangs in Calgary are the most unreported story out there. Got to hand it to the ballsy bouncers though

So Yannie are you denying this was (as the point of the article states) about Calgary’s broadsheet paper delegating the story to 4th page treatment and then does not mention the names of the suspects? Frig, even the CBC did that, and papers across Canada have been writing about the growing problem with Somali gang violence in Calgary.

So where is the stretch there? Where is the false conclusion?

Trust Yannie to completely miss the point of what Ezra was saying and then rant like the fool he is on what his misunderstanding. Typical brain dead leftie.

Levant jumps the gun again, grasping for a conclusion that will appeal to his moronic masses, while not taking into account that the club has long been a haven for drug deals. Not saying that’s what it was, but as usual, he conveniently leaves out countervailing facts that might muddy his anti-Muslim message. I can hardly wait for his revealing conclusion that Rachel Notley is a terrorist for marrying a guy whose last name is Arab.

Next time they should use ‘Pepper Spray’.. —-The CBC will be all over this story.

Lisa Dawn Cheney commented 11 mins ago, JKay. The men got right out of the car and went to the door and starting shooting. I didn’t see a drink in their hands. Only a gun!!!

That’s what they do in Toronto all the time, get out of cars, go into clubs and start shooting.

I would rather it be terrorism because it would support my belief that we shouldn’t allow Muslims into Canada. In fact, five years ago, I wrote Jason Kenny, to say that he shouldn’t allow any more Muslims into the country because Islam wasn’t compatible with Western democracy. You can see how that went. Harper brought in about 500,000.

Nevertheless, I like to have all the facts on anything before I make a decision. And notice that I don’t end my comments to you with several angry exclamation marks (!!!) like you did to me. Is it really so important to spread disinformation about anyone before we know what really happened?

To be honest, CBC Calgary covered this along with the proper names of the shooters and their charges and an eye witness video.

That said, it is interesting to note that the Calgary police gang squad had the place staked out, this is why thy responded so fast. Terrorism? Maybe, more likely a turf war shooting – google " Calgary Somali violence"

Unreal…
It is evident that between the Mainstream Media and Left-wing PC DO-Gooders there is no price to high for our lawful citizens to pay in order to bring the Plague of Islam/Muslims upon Canada.

I don’t think we have enough police information yet to say that these two Mo’s may be terrorists. This just gives the Left permission to say that we’re Islamophobes. The shooting took place at a Calgary night club and as we know, there are regular gang related shootings in Toronto night clubs. It may have been gang related, (although Muslims aren’t supposed to drink).
I hope that Rebel Media will take an objective view of news and wait till they have all the facts. It’s not as if we can’t wait a day or so.

Ezra every time I see stories i the MSM I find myself asking what are we to being told and what we are told often makes little sense such as the rash of knife and machete attacks that happened over the holidays. The one in the Eaton center we were told was committed by a man who came from the U.S. who hated white people. This begs the question so why did he come to Toronto to carry out the attack? The certainly seems to be no shortage of white people in America. I have no idea what was behind this attack but the vague explanations provided can’t help but leaving me feel suspicious in light of the way Cologne and other similar issues have been downplayed.

“Is this being investigated as a hate crime”

Don’t think so GORD.
Sounds more like one of those hate-to-say-it kind of crimes.

It really hinges on two unknown factors: Did Mohamed 1 shoot at a particular person because of a personal grievance with that individual or was he shooting at any random member of the public? And was their primary motivation political or religious in nature? But the possibility is certainly there and the Media Party is certainly busy trying to cover it up.
