So the government is to launch a new action plan to improve the lives of LGBT people. I’m not entirely sure how they plan to do that, and in fact, I’m not entirely sure why LGBT people deserve special treatment from the government.
Next week, Theresa May’s government will publish a new action plan to advance the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. The move comes after the largest survey of gay people was carried out, in which over 108,000 people were asked about their lives.
Unsurprisingly, the perpetually offended LGBT community has responded by asking for more stuff. And our government has bought it.
Theresa May spoke about the survey:
“The survey results show we have more to do to improve the lives of LGBT people and make this a country where no-one feels they need to hide who they are.”
Give it a rest, love. If there is anywhere in the world that a person can put on a dress and claim to be a woman, have bi-sexual fivesomes, and literally dance nude in the street at Pride parades, it’s the UK. Unless, of course, they’re in Bradford or Whitechapel. But that takes us down a very different rabbit hole that I’m sure the Met Police’s 900 hate crime officers wouldn’t like me talking about.
Just a day after hearing that the government has announced they have no plans to change the laws surrounding single-gender bathrooms, I’m disappointed to see the Prime Minister capitulating to far-left ideologues and Marxists.
Make no mistake, this isn’t a fight for equal rights. This isn’t a fight to make LGBT lives better. This is an attack on civil society, and it’s an attack on gay people. For many years, homosexuality was illegal – and now we’re living in a world were homosexuals can live, prosper, and thrive like any other person, the left want to belittle that progress and turn them into political puppets.
Strip the homosexuality away from these far-left lunatics, and what identity do they have? They are uninteresting, tedious people who have nothing interesting to say. They latch onto homosexuality because they think it makes them interesting, and they tarnish the reputation of normal homosexual people who just want to get on and live a normal life.
I’m called a homophobe all the time. Pink News hate me. But I honestly think those who treat “LGBT” people like children are the real problem. Why are we letting a minority voice – a genuinely insane and insatiable minority voice – define hundreds of thousands of people in this country.
I dread to think what this action plan includes. The last thing I want to see is more of this Marxist crap capitulated, promoted, or enforced. I feel deep shame for the way successive governments of this country have bowed down to this nonsense, and I can only imagine what it must feel like to be gay in England. The oppression isn’t coming from right wing “homophobes”. It’s coming in the form of character assassination from the far left.
