UK: “Jonathan Pie” is wrong about free speech

Jack BuckbyRebel Contributor

I recently saw a clip of Tom Walker, the comedian behind the Jonathan Pie program, on Channel Four. He was defending freedom of speech, which is all very commendable.

In fact, it’s refreshing to hear socially liberal and left-wing fantatics championing freedom of speech – even if it is because they think the right is so crazy that the public will always just shrug them off.

But he was wrong on a few things:

Walker thinks that the right has just decided to take freedom of speech as a talking point because there was a gap in the market. But that’s not the case. We support freedom of speech because we are the victims of the curtailing of this right.

Keith Barnes very true, but i do not think the left realizes that Canada does not have the resources to overtake the people , China does , Russia does, Cuba does, Canada does not.

If we, as Canadians, loose the right of freedom of speech, then we will have gained the right of Revolution. Keep that in mind Master PM-M103. You and that Bill are the trigger and the target.

That gap is the insanity of the Left. The Left wants to silence Free Speech, so that they do not have to be exposed to the ugly truth of reality. When the Left is imposed upon by Free Speech and the truth it carries, they become confused, offended, erratic and violent. They run from a debate, hide from the truth and shield themselves from reality. Because of this the Left are the biggest drug users, are more likely to be living on assistance and are the largest number of people that commit suicide.
