On last night's show, I sat down with international law attorney and activist Jennifer Breedon, to make two exciting announcements about our SaveTheChristians.com campaign.
Earlier this year, I went with a Rebel team to report on the genocide of Christians in Iraq.
At the same time, Rebel viewers raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for two projects:
The cost of travelling to Iraq to document the situation and eventually create a full-length documentary about the crisis; and the funds to bring much-needed humanitarian aid for the region's Christians.
Last night, I revealed that Jennifer will be taking charge of the documentary, which we hope will be completed and released before Christmas this year.
Unlike Muslim refugees, these displaced and persecuted Christians are receiving almost no media attention. This documentary will be a vital tool in getting their story out to the world at large, past the biased official media gatekeepers.
We also revealed the recipients of your generous humanitarian donations:
Samaritan's Purse, and St. Joseph's Clinic and Pharmacy, which I saw first hand in Iraq.
These two recipients were chosen because we believe they are the among the most trustworthy and efficient stewards of your generous donations in a region riddled by corruption.
One hundred per cent of your humanitarian donations are going to fund the work of Samaritan's Purse and St. Joseph's Clinic and Pharmacy in Iraq.
Thanks to you, homes will be rebuilt, and desperately needed medicine will be delivered to those in need.
Please WATCH my conversation with Jennifer for all the details.
