US Official wants an all out attack to eradicate ISIS by striking at jihadis in Mosul AND Raqqa at the same time

StaffRebel Columnist

US Secretary of Defence, Ash Carter wants an all out attack against ISIS by striking their strongholds in both Mosul and Raqqa.

Carter said, “We want to see an isolation operation begin around Raqqa as soon as possible.”

Remember, the US SEAL who killed Bin Laden called Raqqa 'The Hive' and warned that until it's taken out, there will be more terror attacks.

“We need a plan to get into the Raqqa because that is where the caliphate, the capitol of the caliphate, is,” Rob O’Neill said back in March. “We’re swatting at the bees, but we need to really take out the hive. And the hive is in Syria.”

Ash Carter seems to agree and according to Express, said that an attack on both ISIS strongholds is in the works.“We are working with our partners there in Syria to do just that… There will be some simultaneity to these two operations.”

The Islamic State has gone to great lengths to hold into Mosul by striking nearby Iraqi town Rumba.

DH Sarah Palin never said the Russia quote, some left wing goof spread that rumor. And Justin said Quebec is better, and we can defeat Islamic Terrorism with openness. He is a genius eh? And Hillary and Obama are not neocons, they are the ones who feed and nurture ISIS. You lie so much you beleive your own BS!

sorry for the last post, wrong thread.

Bombing ISIS is effective because they are isolated to 2 urbn centers, but in the long run it is a pointless manouver as the radicalization and recruitment centers for IS are world wide and sponsored by Saudi Wahhabist money – If they want to end ISIS Bomb Saudi first

They ignore the UN, Japan, Austrailia and European experience with the corruption inherent in this tax redistribution scheme which atrophied any real effort at emission reduction so badly the EU scrapped it – but Tater Tot is just to fvcking arrogant to take advice from the grown ups.

The European Union, which boasted the largest cap-and-trade system in the world, has been repeatedly damaged by corruption, which has included the re-sale and misreporting of used carbon offsets, and sophisticated computer hacking which led to thefts from national carbon emission registries. While both can be purchased and traded, carbon offsets are different than carbon credits in that offsets represent tangible projects ranging from forestry and land use change, whereas credits are similar to a currency, each credit worth a set amount of carbon emission. An entity can therefore obtain carbon credits in exchange for funding an offset program, as well as buy them on the open market.

But the biggest threat is value-added tax fraud. In 2010, authorities uncovered VAT fraud in carbon trading which amounted to an estimated $6.45 billion in losses. In this form of VAT (GST) fraud the carbon credit trader sells the carbon credit to a buyer, charges a VAT (GST), and then keeps the taxes meant for the government. The trader then quickly disappears. Rampant tax fraud led to a massive restructuring of the carbon trade system’s tax structure, but not before a deflation of 90 percent in the carbon market.

As regional climate control frameworks such as Europe’s carbon trading system, and the global Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) initiative become more popular, the success of climate control will depend heavily on the ability of these systems to effectively limit and counter corruption.

You can bet with billions of $$$$ up for grabs the carbon cons will get pretty sophisticated

@james Spalding…..those are the rules James and even the Germans in WW2 respected them….

Cities are not invaded until notice is given to the city authorities and they are given a chance to declare themselves open and surrender.

Besides…there is no practical way to take a city by surprise.

Cash Carter is an idiot! Aside from the fact that the democrats agenda of messing with Syria to (lets be truthful) bring Assad down, is utter folly; putting that many cards on the table is beyond moronic.

No wonder Trump is bringing this kind of thing up! Does anyone think the enemy will tell us when they are about to do a terrorist attack??? What a bunch of fools American / Canadian politicians are – but I guess if like TruDope – people believe in “If you kill your enemies – they Win” bullshit – well we may as well start flying the big white towel!! What idiots!! …and anyone supporting Clintoon / Obumer are even bigger idiots! Scary world we live in – when our governments are more concerned about our enemies than it’s citizens!!
Stupidity Extra-extraordinaire!!
Time to clean house and rid ourselves of the “rodents”!

A couple of days ago, following Joe Biden’s threat of a cyber attack against Putin, someone launched a massive cyber attack against the USA internet costing the Americans millions. Do you think Putin showed Biden how he is capable of taking down the USA’s internet whenever he wants.

Better shut you big stupid mouth Joe.

Nice of the US to announce what the next step in the battle will be. Just give the leaders a good idea of what is coming next, and give them time to sneak out leaving the followers and civilians to face the brunt of the attack. After all, if they survive they can lead a resistance movement, direct terrorism, and thank Allah that the US is so stupid.

So bright and intelligent.

The US is responsible for ISIS to begin with. Obama is a bold faced liar who is working with Erdogan for the revised Islamic Ottoman empire.
commented 2016-10-24 13:26:48 -0400
Perhaps the US neoCons should have avoided creating And breastfeeding ISIS in the first place?

Again the US has telegraphed their punches, stomp the floor so the cockroaches can scurry. This has been their strategy in the Middle East, it’s no wonder why they never win.

With the massive buildup of bombers on the island of Deigo Garcia, makes you wonder are these idiots going to shoot down a Russian jet?
commented 2016-10-24 13:09:36 -0400
The states should have done this a long time ago. Does the fact that Obama wants Hillary to be the Queen of the US have anything to do with this?
commented 2016-10-24 13:03:39 -0400
If they take out Raqqa, al Baghdadi can no longer claim to have a caliphate. Go for it!
