Victoria’s social justice Mayor isn’t coming to Alberta to be “wowed”

Rebel Staff

On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, guest-host Sheila Gunn Reid talked about how Victoria, British Columbia’s radical environmentalist mayor Lisa Helps is coming to Alberta, to see if our oil industry is as bad as she’s sure it is.

Helps was invited by Calgary City Councilor Ward Sutherland, who challenged her to come and learn about Alberta's ethical oil and gas industry.

She says she’ll come with an open mind, but will she?

Mayor Helps is a perfect storm of all the Canadian social justice issues of the day, including her city council’s class action lawsuit against oil and gas companies, for “climate change reparations” and taking down the statue of Canada’s first prime minister, Sir John A. Macdonald, outside Victoria City Hall.

Watch as Sheila explains what makes this woman with the undeserved but large platform, dangerous.
